If you're not gonna do anything to at least try and stop it you have no right to complain, because at that point you're the one making you miserable. Happiness is something you have to work for. It doesn't just come on a silver platter because people feel sorry for you.

anyway nitewing, do the **** you need to do, if they are ***** break them in with something heavy. when i were smaller i used stuff like chairs, but ive become more accustomed to using my heel. more control, more damage
