Pinkie Pie basically being a Hannibal.
Knocks RD out with a cupcake she ate, Then story appears to move onto some Basement filled with intestines and stuff. Pinkie continues to torture RD and have a nibble of her from time to time.
After RD is killed and Pinkie gets the great idea of stuffing RD so she can have her as a friend forever Silver Spoon's (I believe) number comes up next for being killed/turned into a cupcake. Only for Applebloom wanting to do it this time rather then Pinkie having all the fun.

@ Zajice - There's an alternate version where the CMC spy on Pinkie to see what's going on, only for the ending to have a funny yet surprising twist.
