I used to make some with photoshop.
But it's been a while, and i only know how to do it by using frames from actual pictures, not clips from movies.

I used the soup to make gif. but I would rather make my own that does not involve having a tag on it. I recently figured out how to edit clips, but I am not sure if I can convert video format to gif.

Well, i believe the concept of gifs is different than the concept of videos. That being they BOTH are a list of images that move frame by frame, but i believe gif's are more centered around using frames. If you understand what i mean.

A gif is a display of frames moving at a certain speed, whereas a movie, is a movie.
Do you get what i mean?

They do both use frames. But they are constructed differently. A movie is a video file where when you create a gif you create it by constructing individual frames.

.gif is an image format, where movie formats are, well a movie format.

also you can set sig to unrestricted and then use stylish to set the max height. that way you can adjust the max sig-height to your own preferences
