I listen to Colin Steele (Scottish trumpet player, not the pop singer), Chet Baker, pretty much any other jazz/classical trumpet and Saxophone player, all kinds of "classical" stuff, more of the legit Ska, Skatalites, Hepcat, Skavoovie and the Epitones, some "two-tone" stuff, like Madness and The Specials, occasionally The English Beat. Oh, and Anamanaguchi. Bodom and Maiden, obviously.

I absolutely hated episode1 (leaf and zajice probably still remember my list lol). then I was recommended to watch 3, still meh. only really got into the show after ep5We only recommend avoiding 1&2 to the more reluctant potential converts. A lot of us bronies enjoyed the first two episodes. But yea, just know it only gets better
I'm more interested in fast paced, upbeat stuff so I think I'm on the right track.
Oh my god I hadn't noticed. I saw the first part of that sig and figured I'd seen it before so I just scrolled down. But now I just watched it and I lol'd.
Ah, well, you'll probably be looking for some Charlie Parker/Dizzy Gillespie stuff then if you want ridiculous fast and lots and lots of notes.
