I'd probably be fascinated if I were to meet any of them in real life. Donkey Kong would intimidate me the most if ever. I'm a bit scared of apes, big ones at that. Ganondorf, because he's one of the few, if not the only character that looks like an actual bad guy.

And there's Olimar and his 100 Pikmin, GaW and his 2D-ness walking, Jigglypuff because personification was made true, OR DK because he's huge.
