*Street Fighter 3:3rd Strike
*Super Street Fighter 2 HD Remix

Schedule:

Friday:Team Tournaments for All games

Saturday: Single tournaments for all games.

I will post the official time soon but it's very important to be on time as this year we will not wait after you we want tournaments to end as early as possible so people can Casual and Money Match.

-- Rules --
- Don't act stupid
- No game breaking glitches allowed that will prevent the match to finish.
- All games will be played in sets of 2 out of 3, 3 out 5 in Semi-Finals, 4 out of 7 in Grand Finals.
- Brackets are set for Double Elimination, so don't worry if you lost your fist match, you are still in.

Top 3 get cash prize, and the split goes as followed: 50/30/20.

thing is i can't play stick at all.

thing is I actually play best on 360 controller since that what i've been practicing on. Yes I know the d-pad is awful but I got used to it and can do my commands perfect on it... like my 360's/720s are much more consistant on it than stick or ps3 (even though I prefer the ps3 dpad)
fightpad thing would be ok i guessthough. still i dont understand why not use xboxes as well since people have sticks for that too and that'd pretty much make it the exact same as ps3...

Cuz 95% of the good sf players have a ps3? And sticks for it Im not gonna have it on xbox bcuz 2-3 random ppl want to use their xbox PAD and TE sticks. (wtf who plays SF on pad)

scrubs like me who dont pay for their games have it on 360.

wooly and pat had xbox sticks. i don't see the harm in having an xbox setup if people are willing to bring sticks... it's the exact same thing.

Well quite a few people actually own 360s and 360 sticks in MTL so if I were to bring a TV and a 360, you could allow him to use his pad while whichever top sf player could use some 360 TE stick laying around... It would make no difference really.
Oh and doesn't the best Zangief in mtl who recently won a 200$ MM play with a pad? =p

So what do you do if Player A likes ps3 pad and Player B likes 360 pad, and they're supposed to play each others?

It's important to have only one console to be the standard and ps3 does make more sense.

Edit: Also sticks can be just as personal as pads. Even if there were 360 sticks around to borrow, I personally wouldn't be happy playing with anything that's different from my own stick (ie. not sanwa).

No. It doesnt work like that a lot of SF players dont play on *** sticksand have their own custom American/*** sticks. I follow what the major tournaments use and its PS3 even b4 SF4 came out they said PS3 was gonna be the official console for SF4 and thats when I bought my PS3 based on that, Im sorry for the ppl who bought an xbox and XBOX sticks but I cannot run a tournament with PS3/XBOX it would look ridiculous.

i guess i'll be hoping theres someone with ps3 fightpad since i cant play stick for the life of me.

edit: clearly the best fix will be when someone finds a way to use all these usb controllers on either console :)

is it the same as the new fight pads? hows the dpad on it? I play zangief.

bento, i think theres adaptors for that.
