how come there's 3 people in winner's but 4 in loser's?

Because we've finished a match in Loser's bracket along with the three in Winner's. So you'll have the three players who came down from winner's bracket into loser's bracket, and then you'll have the one who won in loser's bracket as well. Altogether you should end up with quite a few more people in loser's bracket than in winner's bracket.

Well I do know that in both my games it wasn't an OU Pokemon that gave teams trouble. It was UU or even NU.

Which I expected, to be quite honest.

still not sure how bracket is being done, but just make sure that this round each loser from the first round of losers plays one of the losers from round 2 of winners. then the 3rd round of losers all play each other.

i know everyone has the ability to pick and choose great UU's and NU's... but i think the power from these teams comes from being centralized around your certain OU picks, and finding some great team synergy. i mean... a lot of the OU's are OU's because they are just too **** powerful to even exist in the UU environment. so if you can abuse those to overpower the other person's team, you're in good shape. weather teams would be a good idea for a theme like this. finding the right lower tier pokemon to check all the threats you might find and building great defensive and offensive synergy is tough because you have to consider so much more pokemon.

instead of having to consider every UU/NU threat, though, i just did my best to pick really really good OU's that would overpower just about anything in the uu environment.

One option is to make next few rounds 10-11 days long, since I'm sure other people will be busy as well.

I'd say finish faster than longer. At least Annoying is in the winners bracket, which isn't as important to finish asap since the losers bracket has double the amoutn of rounds,. Keep the deadlines short for losers.
