No because it's not "where for" its "wherefore." It's not a combination of words(well it is really) but it's own meaning, in this case "For what reason" so she's asking "For what reason are you Romeo [Montegue]"

Arund half the matches have yet to be completed. Remember that if your opponent fails to respond / setup a match by the designated time on Friday afternoon they will automatically lose.

I'm a bit curious as to how you decide who will win, Termidge.

For example, Lord Bowser has posted here, while Toshi has not since signups. Also, Choknater has asked for Megalomaniac but hasn't gotten a viewable response (not that it has to be) yet.

In the above example say Toshi didn't respond by the time limit, Lord Bowser will move into the Winner's, and oppositely for Toshi. I'm going to do so for each uncompleted matchup.

If neither player posted / attempted to arrange a time, I'll just have a toss-up.

Supermarth = Vlade. I don't know who posted first or even if any of them posted.
BK = TWILITHERO. I know they've been trying, but if they can't get their match done I'll be advancing BK since he posted earlier IIRC.
Choknate will win over Megalomaniac.
1 w1nged @ngel = Kewl. Same situation as Supermarth vs. Vlade.
Lord Bowser will win over Toshi.

In the cases of equalities I may just end up flipping a coin.
