g shiz jex n reader, i look forward to seeing you both in future games!
i wish i could have been around to be obvtown D1 but alas my absence was my downfall
.
reader, your reads were AWESOME. me + dietz all throughout was sweet, but your style of play left you to be very easily twisted n manipulated. yeaterDay, when tryna see who'd be the easiest to fake a read on, your play stuck out to me as the type of person i can twist to WHATEVER i wanted. my advice to you would be to
be more confident and don't expose your inner workings quite as much. usually the latter is a good thing, but you basically walked us through every single facet of possibility. when you need to convince town of your read, going through all of that will drown your point a little bit. focus on what makes your argument better, rather than objectively breaking everything down.
jex, you were great too. your presence in thread oozed of obvtown and you stuck to your guns, all the way up to lynching me. i was impressed. my advice to you would be to
toughen up. you fell for dietz' scumminess, and when i was reading i actually couldn't tell if you were scum or if he was. you played this game pretty timid, and that's a tough approach to take. it can easily work, being the analyst while others are take-chargers, but you gotta believe in your own intuition and not let yourself get pushed around like that. also, just because dietz was pounding you with questions, and because i was asking you questions at the beginning of the game, doesn't mean that that should be your temporary primary focus. if you see something scummy, raise your voice! letting others control the thread, like i said, can work. but only if you know what you want and are determined enough to keep at it.
btw ive never been an advice giver so bare with me if it's ****ty advice lol. those were just my 2 cents, and the dynamic will be different in a queue game.
