How is it pretty scummy GM and also can you answer the question about your point system?

I realize that it may not be "pretty scummy", but we barely have any leads.
And the point system basically tallies how many votes we have.
Currently we have one for Kary, and one for you.

Anyways, it's only the 1st day and there seems to be little to convict me of the suspect. I'm reasonably going with a Vote: No Lynch.

I would like to know the definitions of some buzzwords I've seen being thrown around here (if I'm reading it correctly): IC and scum.

Just so you know, it's very difficult to find who's mafia if you don't lynch people. Simply having a flip (someone dies and their alignment is revealed) is very valuable in terms of information. So no lynch is fine for now, but you need to be looking for leads going forward.

'scum' is used round here to refer to any non-town faction, any of the bad guys. If someone seems scummy they seem suspicious, or likely to be a masfiosi.

By the time we get towards the end of the Day (capital 'D' denotes a game Day as opposed to rl days), we should have a reasonable idea of who's worth keeping around. Does this help? My head is not quite in the game today.

Makes sense. Although are you implying that the mafia know all player roles or all mafia roles? The game I played had like 2 mafia sent.

I suggest finding a free WI-Fi hotspot or a Wi-Fi card during your downtime on vacation. You should limit your posting here to game only for ease of access.

alignment = whether a player is town or mafia or another faction. since this game only has two factions, and the mafia know who one another are, they know who is town.
however, they don't know which role each town player has, and they don't have any way of finding out in this setup.

I am going away for the day. Even if I could find a way to get online in a place where I can't get phone signal, I don't want to have to check on this while I'm away. I'll catch-up sometime Sunday I expect.

I voted for Levi because of his comment that he voted for Kary because she said she lived in England and she sounded Asian. That doesn't seem like much of a reason, plus it's pretty scummy.

My approach? I analyze each person's behavior from the side lines (although I am usually more talkative than I am now). But I'm new here, and I don't really know any of your playstyles, so I'm very unsure of which one of you I should trust.

I also usually play in larger games, so I'm still getting used to the fact that I should actually trust more of you, seeing as how that probably means there are only two or three mafia players this time.
