It'd be strange of him in a Xatres/Ryu hypothetical scumteam to come out of the gate denouncing Xatre's response specifically and making him the play without actually making it a rock solid bus. Seems like the least useful way for the team to try and make a move imo

Hmm it's fair, but I'd be more inclined to suspect being "firm yet wishy washy" if Xatres was town rather than scum based on what Ryu did in my game just before this where he tended to just say conclusions and hope people moved on.

Can you clarify/give an example?

You mean with him stating things in the other game or with what I'm saying wrt expecting a harder bus if it was SvS? For the earlier game look at how he treated Nabe to understand what I mean, where he announces him scum and other people town and just sort of moves on with it. The point is what you're saying is fair, but I don't see why it'd mean RyuScum on a XatresScumflip versus RyuScum on XatresTown specifically.

Ah that makes sense. Yeah with his solo play it is suspicious, but I say "upon Xatscum I'd look into Ryu" because his actions have been gearing towards a Xat lynch all day phase. It was very weak and then suddenly "Yeah let us go with Xat he is scum." If Xat were somehow to flip town I would still consider looking at Ryu because of his background play/weak reads/grimy gheb poke regardless. I have yet to look at his past play though as I am SUPPOSED to be sleeping but I thought "Oh **** deadline will be soon I wish I could say 'later dietz' but here I am"

HBW is town off what I know of Marshy, but this is sketch. I am more worried of being fooled from Marshy here. Still I feel like this is more town Marshy.

If Xat is scum look out for Marshy/Sword-dancer, more so Marshy.

What happened in the last game was that indieRyu randomly started to throw dirt at townNabe, which was initially read as townRyu doing his thing. It allowed scumVinyl to stay safely out of the spotlight while Nabe and Ryu were busting their heads. Xatres, after not doing **** in the beginning, started to bust out some really ****ty ass logic on why Dark Horse was supposed to be the cult leader. Both got forced to claim eventually, as shrink and doc respectively. Town really failed to come up with anything productive and for some dumb reason they eventually decided that it's a good idea to lynch townGheb. That all happened on Day 1 and as a consequence, Vinyl was essentially given a free pass and won the game in the end. And if you ask me, Ryu getting all the attention onto himself and Nabe with the way he "questions" players was the key factor as to why town lost that game.

thoughts on dancer/ruy/jd please

I'm very unsure about Sworddancer. I call BS on him having any major troubles reading me because he's one of the few people who understand how I play and doesn't consistently misread me. And to be completely honest, after everything he said about my play in his huge post I'm actually baffled that he reads me "only" as null. Had I had the same impression of another player that he had of me, I would've already tried to hardbody the **** out of him. I'm not sure why he hasn't gone after me harder, as strange as it may sound. He may not be super-confident but he definitely doesn't bull**** around when it comes down to it. I can't confidently say that I have a solid read on him.

Ryu is ... himself? Throwing out baseless town reads on gut and selectively tunelling ****. I'd really like to know what made you want him lynched initially and am inclined to agree with Dietz that your over from Ryu to Xatres was not something I would've expected from you. I'm pretty sure that Dietz is being genuine here and that you are the one who has some explaining to do. Like, I personally don't see scumRyu right now but if you read him that way I don't see what keeps you from sticking to your guns and go for more.

My record on reading you is not as great as you might think. Just last mini game we were in I was dead wrong on your alignment. I've def been wrong on you before and I've been thinking more lately about what separates your town play from your scum play. It use to be that I would simply look at your play and take note of any unneeded material you posted, which is how I correctly read you as scum in games past. With some recent failures though I'm rethinking how to read you, and the conclusion that I'm coming to right now is to look to see if you're simply being yourself (town) or if your posting something that you don't truly believe in (scum). It's hard to make the judgement this game though because your posts calling out the inactivates DOES seem forced to me, but other posts (like honestly the one you just made) do seem genuine.

But I mean is that all you're going to focus on? Like I've done other things this game besides try to read you, what about those things (I'm not actually expecting you to answer this this Day phase since it's about to end?

Although, I will say that I like your willingness to attack me, as strange as that sounds. It takes balls to attack the gun bearer.

Ruy you didn't answer the questions I asked and it pains me that we will not see the answer to those questions this Day phase.
