I'm not convinced that just because he had a screenshot of a role pm that zen sent him, makes him town. Those could just as easily be mafia fakeclaims that he had all along.

I think Ryu is just being dumb. He could be doing what he's doing as scum, but he could do it as town as well. It's null.

Has your cynicism ever helped you finding scum? I doubt it. Obviously, nothing in mafia counts as "evidence" except a flip. But if you don't understand how A SCREENSHOT OF A TOWNIE ROLE PM supports the idea that somebody could be town then you'll never get anywhere. It also stands out that you immediately conclude that the most negative implication possible [aka me being suspicious by trying to provide fake evidence and make a big deal out of it] is more likely than the most realistic implication [that the same mod who made errors with the rules in the OP also might not have taken fake PMs and screenshots into consideration].

You would agree with me that due to rule 3 posting screen shots without time stamps wouldn't really be indicative of anyone's alignment, right?

Thus why would Zen have rule 3 if Zen sent people fake claims at the beginning? Why not just let people post time stamps? I know that we can't outguess the mod, but I'll still like to hear you're alternative explanation.

I'm going to assume that Zen made rule 3 because he did not want people to abuse time stamps. I'm also going to assume because Soup and Gheb took screen shots (meaning that they could not have edited Zen's conversation message) they are cleared. PJB, do object to this?

You are assuming Zen sent them when the game started on day 1, there are a lot of ifs in there and assuming what you are could be potentially game throwing to scum.
