IT'S PIKMIN DAY
Yellow Wollywog
Ah, right. These assholes. They’ll remain motionless until approached, at which point they leap over the player, float there for a bit, then slam down in an attempt to crush them. Getting hit by this attack will bury you and allow the Wollywog or other enemies to follow up on you.
Puffy Blowhog
These guys float and spew air from their snouts to blow away fighters from a distance. When the player is close enough to them, the Blowhog will quickly inflate itself, which deals a lot of knockback if you’re not careful.
Medusal Slurker
These fellows float high above the ground in erratic patterns. When they float above the player, they drop their sticky… uvula(?)... in an attempt to catch the player. If the player is caught, they will be pulled into the monster’s body and gradually take damage until they mash out of it. The fluffy antenna is a weak point and you can take out this monster very easily you can manage to reach it.
Sheargrubs and Shearwigs
These little bugs emerge from the ground in randomized groups of 3-6 and can all be taken out rather easily.
Female (Pink) Sheargrubs are harmless and can be picked up and thrown.
Male (Purple) Sheargrubs will move toward the player and attempt to bite them.
Shearwigs (Green) can fly and will divebomb toward players.
Smoky Progg
Spawns in an egg. You can attack the egg to break it prematurely, but you get no stat boosts from it. If you wait for it to hatch, the Smoky Progg emerges, and will begin chasing the player. It leaves a trail of poisonous gas wherever it walks, which lingers on the ground for a while. Its attacks include swiping at the player with its arms, emitting poison around it in an AoE attack, and performing a roar that causes knockback (similar to ReDeads). When defeated, it drops a good amount of stat boosts and a golden pearl, which can be collected to add to your gold count.
Bulbmin
This enemy consists of a mother Bulbmin and her three children. The mother is half the size of the normal Smash Run Bulborb, while the children are about as big as a Pikmin.
The mother will perform the same moves as the normal Bulborb, but they’re quicker and weaker. She also has an additional attack where she swings her leaf in an arc above her.
Once the mother is K.O.’d, the children will follow you like how Pikmin follow Olimar. Using forward or back aerials will throw a Bulbmin in that direction, and they can latch onto other enemies/players to deal chip damage, similar to Pikmin Throw. Bulbmin will continue to follow you until they are killed or you are K.O.’d.
