OWM if by "wasting everyone's time" you mean "enjoying the game" then yeah
am i the only person who doesn't go mr try hard in friendlys or something?
In conclusion: the outcome of friendlies proves nothing, unless it's like a series of consistent 4 stocks or something. If I'm not achiving anything with the win, then I'd rather HAVE FUN PLAYING A VIDEO GAME.

I go all different characters in friendlies to have fun and learn at the same time. It's rare I play the same character twice in a row.

if i've ever lost to anyone it's because i wasn't trying that hard, when i win i am playing as i normally do
(maybe it's just me, but i almost never lose consecutive friendlies to people who i am better than unless i am playing a character that is countered or overall ****ty, but even then i am still trying to win pretty hard.

you must have been sandbagging because i wasn't getting totally crushed.
