Just in case there are some people boiling with butthurt right now, Sakurai did this with the Brawl Dojo too because New Year's is easily one of Japan's most important holidays and it's typical for Japanese people to take the week off leading up to it, much like Westerners do for Christmas.

Hell, considering characters' special moves, final smashes, items, assist trophies, and pokeball pokemon all got their own individual updates? He could kill a month covering nothing but special moves for currently revealed characters.

It could turn into the Dojo again. When the Dojo first started it was a lot like the main site is now (except it never updated) They could be going on hiatus to update the site.

I was teasing anybody who might complain, in case this was directed at me XD I think complaining about any updates is ridiculous, and on top of that, we were really spoiled this week and especially this month, so a picture of Battlefield before a week off is fine by me!

WE'RE the ones investing in this game, it's not like he can just take a break from doing this optional daily little message for the fans. Where does he get off? I mean, it's not like we got ANY characters this month. No veterans, no newcomers, and definitely not more than one character. We didn't even get any stages. Not one, not two, not even three! We still don't know the status on ATs, are they back? Are they not? Are we getting new ones? Are we getting old ones? And don't even get me started on other items, we haven't gotten any confirmed in the longest time! And when's the last time we got a trailer for this damn game!?

During pre-Brawl he updated his site EVERY DAY following the months after the trailer, so this really sets me off. This month has sucked.
