GameFAQs "leak" says that Lucas is definitely gone, Mewtwo is back, and K. Rool is a boss on the Gangplank Galleon stage.
Gave a hard showing of proof by saying Falco will be confirmed this week.

Well, there's only about a 0.6% chance of Falco showing up this week assuming we even get a character. Not something I'm betting on. And that percentage is only taking into account a few factors. It could even be less.

To be fair, Fox with a Falco palette with some move customization basically would be Falco, or at least Melee Falco.
I hope it'd be like Link's alternate costume.
In that Falco's avian colors and patterns are just pasted onto Fox's model.
