Yeah, but the release of Mario Kart 8 is much closer to E3 than Kirby triple deluxe is, He may do like Yoshi and push the reveal of Wario to reveal him at E3. Sure, the same could happen to Meta Knight, but there's no way he'd do that to Meta Knight and not to Wario as well. I'd say Meta Knight chances are higher since there is more space between the release of Kirby Triple Deluxe and E3.

I'm starting to think we're probably going to start seeing larger info dumps as even during the direct Sakurai mentioned things that he would 'talk about at a later date'. I would not be surprising with E3 and the 3DS version sometime during the summer if we see more directs and other such things with the PoTD becoming less and less about revealing new details.

...Midna was only today confirmed for the 3DS version of Smash. It's new information overall.

Not everyone uses items and Assist Trophies aren't exactly common unless they are the only item turned on. Also not everyone cares about Midna or the 3DS version, along with how this is still covering stuff from the Direct so I see where negative opinions are coming from. I myself don't care at all for this picture. I plan on getting both versions and I will only really use items online but if Midna wasn't in the 3DS version I wouldn't be upset.

I will however say that this picture is better than Fridays picture and a number of others but I hope there's something better in the week, course that makes me sound selfish and wanting but whatever =P.

Well next month is hype month (E3), so I expect May to be dry overall with "filler" (whatever that means to you) updates; just like March was leading up to the April Direct.
Maybe we can expect to see at least 1 character mid May, but I'm not expecting anything substantial until June.

I was honestly shocked to see Midna on the 3ds version.

I mean, Twilight Princess is playable on GameCube, Wii, and Wii U
And her assist is a bit more complicated than most, including warping, whipping her hair, grabbing characters in her hair-hand, and a lasting dark magic affect.

Even though I really wanted her playable, I never expected it, so this upgrade is very welcome.

However, it's been 3 weeks since then and next week will make a month. The rest of April being DBZ Flashbacks of the Direct is okay, but ones May's first full week rolls around, I think people would probably appreciate seeing something different from that even it doesn't have an immense amount of information. Just something that isn't practically a still shot from the video or blatantly stating the obvious would be a breath of fresh air.

Mostly due to it being Sonic, Sonic and.... that's about it, Sonic. There was some new information, but for the most part, it was mostly bland. Sonic's reveal was nice, but it felt like he took the whole month to himself.
