Pic of the day. In earlier Smash Bros. games, the Temple served as a prototypical large stage. Now it's remastered beautifully in HD.

The one large change we made to this stage is this Hylian text. I wonder what it says? Also featured in this pic is Link in Fierce Deity colors.

Well for Link it makes sense since the wanted to show of Fierce Deity Link in the Wii U version, I guess they just wanted to show a full 8, so I guess Dark Link make sense since Dark Link is the final boss in Zelda 2, as for Ganondorf? Not sure why they chose him and not Dark Zelda or Dark Sheik.

It wouldn't of been as bad if Impa was a newcomer...

The Hylian text has been revamped. In Melee and Brawl, it was meaningless gibberish.

In this game, however, it is Hylian as it appears in Wind Waker! Which is actually Japanese kana.

So, according to the chart, the text on the Temple stage says: スマッシュブラザーズ, which is Japanese for "Smash Bros."

I was one of the people here every night over the summer. I have some good memories of that. I'll definitely miss this thread when it's all over, but at that point we'll finally have what we've all been waiting for this whole time throughout our journey.

Nope. Never said that at all.

He said he'd be finishing before the year was over, but that doesn't automatically sum up to "I'll stop at the very end of the year".

In all fairness, Sakurai always give stages their PoTD, even if they're already announced. It's not like we have a lot of content left to be revealed.

But I agree that PoTDs has become a lot less interesting ever since we know everything now. I feel the 50 Facts direct made me forget PoTD exists sometimes
