Lol, I was just coming to post this.

This has ****ed him over something awful though, as it has for all MK players. Aside from some DDD right at the start, he's been solo MK for years. Picking up a new character now's going to take a hell of a long time.

But yeah, he'll probably pick up Diddy or some Barwl **** and break my heart all over again.

Also, for the record, the new ban is stupid.

Kind of makes you appreciate Melee's balance at the top really - though that's more due to "luck" (read: Sakurai's whim) than actual testing.

edit: And yeah M2K should definitely just focus on Melee again.

I wouldn't call the new ban stupid unless you're actually informed on the issue. I have no idea how broken MK is. I do think that publicly stating that they considered polls and how frequently MK is played was a bad move.
