I can hardly play much of any instrument either.

But I'm really good at programming. I know a decent amount of languages with very little formal training. Might get into advanced web development soon.

I thought it was a pretty nice solo and I play an instrument (french horn, bass guitar) so I have some idea of what I'm saying. I thought it was pretty nice. I definitely was hearing your lines and the ideas you had. On a side note, the drummer sounded super legit.

I've been playing trumpet for 11 years now (half my life! whoo!), but I've only been playing jazz for about 6 of those years. I'm still getting the hang of it. Yeah the drummer is the same age as me but she is a monster drummer. The other trumpet player has been playing 6 more years than I have and is in the process of getting her doctorate in music. And the piano player actually doesn't play piano… lol his main instrument is sax but he said he was "learning" the piano and so he could probably "get by" on a blues…

Btw Xero (and everyone else I guess lol) - Ross's grandpa may have recorded the concert in Huntington so all may not be lost for you guys to hear a good solo of mine. I killed that concert. Some of the best solos of my life.

Inferno, I worked with the French Horns that whole week because the other trumpet player was working with the trumpets. Lol yay F transposition… so difficult. I learned a lot about tuning with your hand that week! lol

Gotta work on my Zero Suit more. It'd make some matchups way easier. :/ Although I didn't do terribly against the D3's I played today. I still can't handle the Falco matchup well. Which sucks.

Impulse update

I teamed with Dan Da Man...we placed 17th in doubles...we almost took a game off Mr. R and Dabuz...super close games but eh...

I made it into the pro bracket...3rd seed my pool was Tin Man, Firefly, and two other people I didn't know...the games were all super close...we'll see how tomorrow goes

When I play with music, and I'm playing Mario I generally go for a fast-paced rockish videogame music sorta thing.

Although sometimes I listen to orchestrated game music as well, because it makes it easier to not get carried away, and sometimes going all in isn't the best idea. (There's an orchestrated cornered I listen to as well!)

And sometimes J-Pop. Because **** yeah J-Pop.
