I request the following:
Tails
Anna (Fire Emblem)
Pokemon (The B/W Trainer with Snivy/Dewott/Emboar like how you have the Kanto Trainer under "Pokemon".)
why shouldn't he tell? if he posts the icon for him, everyone will know anyway.
semi-related topic: i think some of the characters you meet after defeating
medusa
would make far better smash fighters than either of the popular picks.
pyrron, phosphora, and hades
come to mind. palutena and medusa just don't seem right as playable fighters; maybe they'd be better off doing something like Snake and Fox's secret taunts, chattering with pit about the other characters.
I was kidding, but the thing is, if he makes an icon for him, how will anyone know it has anything to do with that game? D: But anyways, I understand what you mean in the sense that the characters that show up after
Medusa
are much more present in the story. Though, I must disagree about Palutena. She is a likable female that
in the fight with her showcases plenty of moves that you could use for her moveset.
not what i meant about palutena. i loved her character, to the point that
i genuinely felt sad on the levels where she went to the dark side
. between her magic goddess powers and all of the weapons they had in the game, a moveset would be no trouble either. what i meant was that something about her just doesn't seem to fit in with the other fighters. maybe it's me, but she doesn't click as a fighter in my head.
although, pre-melee zelda and peach would've fallen into the same category, so if they added palutena i'd probably warm up to the idea.
phosphora and pyrron
might be better suited to assist trophies, now that i think of it.
not exclusively, just that most of the characters i'd pick from KI are men. i did bring up phosphora; and i'm not at all opposed to palutena or medusa, they'd just take a little getting used-to.
that's right. the men are better picks because they have H's in their names. meaning, they're more HAMAAAAAZING.
Mmm. In my opinion, Smash would be boring with as high a number of humanoid characters (like Ike, Marth, and Snake) as people are hoping for. If these kinds of characters were also so obscure, it would only add to my frustration.

That's the thing though, there aren't too many humanoid characters. Even Mario and the like are humans but they're shape and size are not typical. A group of humanoid characters would actually be nice. Surely the vast majority of newcomers will not be like Ike, Marth, and Snake.
