Make your own "Dream Microsoft Smash-Clone" roster!

Hello guys, Tankman here and you can make your Dream Microsoft Smash Clone roster for Microsoft Smash Bros. You can pick characters deranging from Microsoft, Rare, Zenimax and other Microsoft properties.
The Rules are:

• The Base Game Maximal Roster is 40! (No expanding please, it will suck the fun out of this thread)
• You are add Third Party guests if you don't have ideas for Fighter originating from Microsoft (But they need to have connection to Microsoft like Mario, since Nintendo has great Partnership with Microsoft)
• If you guys want DLC roster for the Game, the maximum of DLC Fighters can be 10!

I tried to avoid third party titles, since in this hypothetical scenario, it seems best to avoid a situation like PlayStation All Stars where companies don't want to risk using the characters that people actually like on an untested game (with a handful of exceptions, like Bandai-Namco letting them use Heihachi) and sticking with promotional picks instead. (ex. Raiden instead of Snake to promote Metal Gear Rising; reboot Dante instead of original Dante to promote DmC: Devil May Cry)

From what I'm seeing on Wikipedia, Studio MDHR developed and published Cuphead, so Microsoft isn't directly involved with it like they were with Ori. (it could be a Bayonetta 2 situation, where they funded it but didn't publish or develop it; I'm not sure) I tried to limit myself to two characters per franchise, and keep the roster relatively small.

As tempting as it is to put in a car from Forza as a fighter, similar to Hornet from Fighters Megamix, I don't know if it would work as well here considering that Forza uses real car brands.

I almost included the Didact from Halo 4, but it's been a while since I played that game so I couldn't remember what he could actually do in a fight. Maligula from Psychonauts would make for an interesting character, given her hydrokinesis, but I felt like giving Psychonauts as many characters as Halo, DOOM, Gears of War, and Banjo-Kazooie would be pushing it.

Another villain that I thought about including was Heinrich from Conker's Bad Fur Day, but that character seems like it's one misstep away from a lawsuit as it is.

I do want Xbox to throw its hat into the ring and make their own Smash Bros style crossover fighter! There are so many characters that could work. Most of the suggestions work well; others not so much but oh well.

Nice, I’d like to check it out if possible. With PlayStation doing their own take with All-Stars Battlw Royale, I’m a little surprised that Xbox never did something similar.
