Whichever works in the story I'm writing he has his own world but is a big part of the smash world

@Dancing Frogman: Sounds pretty cool, but I can't think of many people who would let a match drag on for 6 minutes. Wouldn't it make more sense to KO them at the beginning when they're weak?

I'll change it a bit less so it's a bit fairer, but I was thinking like Power: 3.5 and fully grown was like 7.4, so it would be a dramatic difference, i'll change the above post.

Assuming this ever happens, yes. I can't draw every frame. I might be able to do sketches for each character, but I'd need reference and someone who can animate.

No, I think that's just a very bad idea. A tierlist is based on how the character is able to interact with the others, and since we can't test that, it's pretty hard to tell if Paper Mario is higher tiered than let's say Weird Al.
