That'd be epic.

Along the idea of joke movesets, maybe someone should do one for pikechu. Some of you guys've gotta remember that.

Something like...

Dawn B -- Super Gud Dawn B: Maks u ded.

I'm sure pikafan384728394toomanynumbers said enough comments we could draw from for something there.
I think one was made for him in this thread actually.

Was there? I thought there was talk of it, but I didn't remember one actually being made. It's definitely possible, though. I know he was one of those little trophies with the OC Finder.

Have you used The Big Gay Dance yet? That could work for a Nair.
YESH.

May I suggest something from THIS?
I'm not sure how I could implement anything from that, as epic as it is.

Will it include tripping and Sakurai throwing Ganondorf's sword up, yelling I MUST RECOVER, and coming down in a landmaster that fires PK Starstorms that make you trip?

This could make an appearance in YTT...
Stage music! :bee:

That'd be epic.

There was a super joke moveset on Page 154, I just checked. But I think a more elaborate one could be made.

And HERE is that thread.

Wow.... one day and this thread goes to spam again XD.

I've been working on Spawn. Expect lots of guns and hell powers. Unfortunately this comes at the cost of Taunts. :ohwell:

BTW, KingK.Rool, aren't you going to do an updated version of Trunks for me?

lol, go ahead. Call me a picky jerk. Though seriously, this is probably the last time i'm going to ask you for icons again since with my superior brain and knowledge now know how to make them now :bee:

Hey K. Rool, would you make me one for Spawn please?

Well its post 1000. That means its preview time.

Unique Mechanics:
Gun/Hell Power Selection-
Spawn has no taunts, instead using Up and Down to change his gun and Left and Right to change his Hell Power. The gun and hell power are represented by an icon near the character portrait.
Lock On-
By Default, the L button becomes lock on when playing as Spawn (the R button remains shield). This puts a targeter on any foe (you can change targets by moving the control stick while holding L). Spawn with automatically aim at this target when firing projectiles. The Lock is lost when that foe becomes invisible. You can change the lock on button or remove it entirely by going to Options and setting your controls.
Necroplasm Guage-
Spawn has a green guage near his character portrait. This guage measures his current necroplasm, which is used to cast Hell Powers. This guage refills at a rate of 1% per second.

Specials:
Neutral B- Spawn Guns
Spawn fires one of his guns. He has a large selection. Use the control pad to change guns. All of these guns use "ammo", which though unlimited, comes in shells that must be reloaded after a certain number of shots (and this reload takes atleast 2 seconds.) Any automatic or semi-automic gun can be fired rapidly by holding the B button. Move while firing these guns by pressing the control stick while holding the B button (with the only exception being the Mini-Gun).

Gun #1- Shotgun
A basic shotgun.
Type- Regular
Beginning Lag- Average
Ending Lag- Average
Reach- Half of FD
Flight Speed- Fast
Reload- Once every 12 shots.
Knockback- Low (far away), Decent (up close)
Damage- 1% (far away), 7% (up close)

Gun #2- Dual Pistols
2 pistols. 2 shots are fired simultaneously.
Type- Semi-Auto
Beginning Lag- Low
Ending Lag- Low
Reach- Half of FD
Flight Speed- Fast
Reload- Once every 30 shots (both pistols combined)
Knockback- Low
Damage- 2% each shot

Gun #3- Madcap
Dual machine guns. Fires bullets rapidly (about the same speed as Fox's blaster).
Type- Semi-Auto
Beginning Lag- Low
Ending Lag- Low
Reach- Half of FD
Flight Speed- Very Fast
Reload- Once every 60 shots (total)
Knockback- None
Damage- 1% each shot
Other Properties-
Bullets tend to be a bit innacurate.

Gun #4- Mini-Gun
In my opinion, the worst gun in Spawn:Armaggedon. This is essentially 2 mini-turrets. They fire bullets very rapidly (even faster than Fox's blaster).
Type: Auto
Beginning Lag- High (must warm up)
Ending Lag- Low
Reach- All of FD
Flight Speed- Very Fast
Reload- After 60 shots
Knockback- None
Damage- 1% each shot
Other Properties-
Can't move at all while firing.

Gun #5- Brimstone Cannon
In my opinion this is among the best guns in Spawn's arsenal. The Brimstone Cannon is 2 guns, barely larger than pistols, that fire powerful blasts of Brimstone.
Type: Semi-Auto
Beginning Lag- Low
Ending Lag- Low
Reach- Half of FD
Flight Speed- Average Projectile Speed
Reload- After 30 shots (total)
Knockback- Low
Damage- 3% each shot
Other Properties-
Explodes on contact, giving limited multi-target potential.

Gun #6- Missile Launcher
A large heavy rocket launcher. Fires... rockets.
Type: Semi-Auto
Beginning Lag: Low
Ending Lag: Low
Reach: All of FD
Reload: After 15 shots.
Knockback- Low
Damage- 3% each shot
Other Properties-
Explodes on contact, giving limited multi-target potential.
Slows down the user's movement drastically.

Gun #7- Inferno Cannon
This gun works much like Samus's charge shot. Its appearance is a large almost alien looking gun with a giant skull at the barrel.
Type: Regular
Beginning Lag- Same as Charge Shot
Ending Lag- Same as Charge Shot
Reach- Half of FD
Reload- Every 3 charges requires a slight cooldown.
Knockback- Very Low (uncharged), Very High (Charged)
Damage- Same as Charge Shot
Other Properties-
Fire damage.

TWILT: You picky jerk.

Seriously, though, I'll handle it. Although I kinda like that one, myself.

Chris: Spawn has a ton of innovative mechanics! Very interesting indeed. At this rate, it looks to be a very good set. For the icon, do you want me to use that picture (pretty hard) or could you get me a better one that you still like?

I'm not really picky. I picked that picture because its one of the smallest ones I could find. A picture of his face is all thats needed really.

First of all Chris,

WELCOME TO THE LEAGUE OF SMASHLORDS. It is the coolest thing to happen since Linkin Park was formed as a band. :bee:

Second of all, that Spawn moveset is looking great, though IMO, don't really know how "Use the control pad to change guns," will work out. I think you might want to explain a bit more on that. The control pad is the thing you move up and down with right....i think? Like which direction do you press to reach a certain kind of gun? I kind of get it....i think......

*Does not know much about which is which on the gamecube/Wii Remote/Classic Controller :bee:*

Awesome preview, Chris. Looking forward to the whole thing.

And that picture would actually be really easy for an icon, as long as you stuck with the provided background. Y'know, something like this:

Sundance, I would be greatly interested in seeing Sakurai in action.

Well, there you go. Personally, I prefer to stick in a new background, but it really does work for this one, since the background's just flames. Pretty nice cutting there, Kibble.

Wish I was a Smashlord... well, at least I have seniority. RESPECT YER ELDERS! /geezer

@K.Rool: Thankee. That one just looked fun and easy, so I had to jump on it. I see all these requests here and I just take random ones that sound like fun. Lol.

@Chris: Thanks. And, you're welcome. Goes pretty fast when you don't have to cut the character and swap for a different background.

Working on Calill. I'm liking how her playstyle is coming out- it fits my idea and has plenty of variety and tricks to boot. When is the MYM4 thread coming out, anyway?

Ftilt: Fire Tome- Calill snaps her fingers audibly, and a lick of flame blossoms in front of her. This happens at about head level and doesn't quite touch her hurtbox during the move. Low crouches like Jiggs and Kirby can dodge the move entirely. The move lasts for three seconds, the first almost-second being where she snaps- the only lag and no hitbox. The second second is the burst of flame, which deals disjointed 8% damage with a fire effect. Very little knockback and priority, simply popping them up a bit and only sending them diagonally up about a Yoshi's Island platform length at high %s. No KO potential. The thrid second is the dying down of the flame. Touching it at this point deals 1% and no knockback beyond a quick flinch. Note that after the snap, Calill is free to do anything except another Ftilt, meaning that she can put up a quick hitbox and retreat when in uncomfortable close quarters.

Not bad, DS. Obviously, it could use a little more work, but it's really not bad for your first. Follow that guide. It'll make it pretty easy.

Man, I'm so bored...

Not bad for a first, darkserenade. The key is just to follow that guide. The picture is a bit stretched, that's my only major complaint. You're well on your way to making them just as well as anyone.

Ah, TVTMaster! Has you voted yet?

After lurking the thread for a couple days, I've decided to make one of those icon things as well. I don't have Photoshop, so I had to use plain old Paint. How is it?

Holy crap! THAT is a paint image? I can't believe it! =O
That's frigging awesome!

The only thing I have to critisize is that there's no black outlining in the "hole" of the R and the O.

Other than that. Unbelievably good.

Also, have you voted already? :3
