To your credit, the basic concepts for your attacks seem uniques and diverse, but you need to add A LOT more detail. At the very least, we need to see how much damage and knockback the moves do.

Guh. . .Guess that's why it took so long. I sent you another PM directly with the private message button from your name, the old message having been deleted when I cleared my inbox. I hope this one finds it's way to you. . .

Glad to hear we'll recieve another moveset from you before the contest's end. While Kibble is going to do Bonkers as part of a team moveset, I'm sure he'll be happy to see another Kirby moveset.

As for Cortex, I'll hopefully be able to get him done after my 5th and final SSE chapter before closing time. It's not just Cortex though, it's Cortex mounted on Tiny's back, as I thought this would held the moveset stand out more and be more original then Cortex alone. I doubt we'll see anybody doing this one again in future contests XD. It'll revolve around Cortex taking advantage of Tiny's stupidity while Tiny takes advantage of Cortex's body. They'll be fighting each other as well as their opponnents.

Nintendog's Movest

Specials:

Standard: Bark
Side: Toy
Up: Flip
Down: Dig
Final smash: Cover screen or Dog kennel

Smash Attacks

A: Hits with paw
A A: Hits with paw twice
A A A: Hits with paw 3 times


A side: Throws a toy ( Not like special move )
A Up: Jumps
A down: Rolls a ball.


A Smash Side: Bites hard
A smash Down: Shoots to toys left to right at the same time
A smash Up: Bounces High


Aeirls

Neutral: Spins
Side: Throws toy ? block or rubber mushroom to the side
Backward: Kicks foot backwards
Up: Throws a dog biscuit upward
Down: Meteor smash down and He dosen't fall down while doing it.


Stats:

Jump: Normal
Attack: Weak
Defense: Weak
Speed: Fast
Falling Speed: A little floaty


Taunts:
1: Eats a dog biscuit
2: Bites on a toy
3: Digs in the ground, but no hole is shown


Victory poses:
1: Runs around in excitement
2: Shakes its but then Jumps high
3: 3 other dogs are there looking at Nintendog.


Appearence on stage: Comes from a dog house

Words cannot describe the beauty of this special move. The sheer amount of time spent balancing, describing, and implementing this move have set a new standard for move sets. I was literally having vivid hallucinations of Nintendog "toying" his way to victory. You spared no expense in telling me every excrutiating detail. In fact, this single special move's brillinace was enough to make me cancel my Shade move set, as there is no way for me to top this epic masterpiece.

Special Moves:

B: Chaos Spear: Shoots a chargeable Chaos Spear. (5%-20%)
B>: Spin Dash: Like Sonic's, but stronger and an itsy-bitsy slower. (11%)
B^: Chaos Control: Teleports in a straight line, and attacks anyone who comes in his path. (10%)
B-down: Chaos Blast: The longer you charge the larger the blast radius. (10%-20%)

Realistic FS: Super Shadow: Same as Spin Dash, slower but more powerful. (25%)
Dream FS: Chaos Combination: Shadow blasts an short range orb at an opponent. If it hits, Shadow uses Chaos Control, stopping time, delivers a few lightning fast blows, and snaps his fingers. Time starts again, and the opponent is dealt 20% or 25%. While Shadow is attacking, shockwave are sometimes sent out. If you press B at that time he will deliver a mighty punch, adding 5% to the total damage. (20%-30%)

AAA: The same combination from Shadow the Hedgehog: punch, punch, bicycle kick. (14%)

Tilts:

Forward tilt: Roundhouse kick. (8%)
Down tilt: Sweep kick. (4%)
Up tilt: Uppercut (6%)

Aerials:

N-air: Same as Shadow the Hedgehog: a spinning kick. (9%)
F-air: Uses rocket shoes to launch himself forward. (16%)
D-air: Launches himself towards the ground with his rocket shoes, kind of like Sonic's D-air. (13%)
U-air: Can't think of anything, fill in if you want.
B-air: Sonic's B-air. (15%)

Smashes:

F-Smash: Snaps his fingers, creating a Chaos explosion in front of him. (19%)
D-Smash: Chaos explosions go off on each side of him. (10%)
U-Smash: Creates a sphere of Chaos energy in his hands, dealing multiple blows. (3% per hit.)

Grabs:

A: A gut punch. (2%)
F-throw: Delivers a mighty punch, knocking the opponent back. (8%)
D-throw: Throws opponent on the ground, jumps up, and blasts the opponent. (13%)
U-throw: Delivers a powerful uppercut. (15%)
B-throw: Throws the opponent with his mind. (7%)

Taunts:

U-taunt: "Maria..."
D-taunt: A black aura appears around him and he says, "Hmph!"
S-taunt: Takes out a gun, says, "I am the Ultimate!", and reloads it.

Victories:

1: "Maria...I promise you...revenge!"
2: "I am the Ultimate Life Form!"
3: Draws a gun and says, "You can't win!"
4: Says, "This is who I am!" while the Chaos Emeralds circle him.
Beats Sonic: "Ha! Faker..."

Other:

Intro: Warps on to the stage.

Victory Theme: Shadow the Hedgehog: Stage Complete.

Running Animation: Skates with rocket shoes.

Snake Codec:
Colonel: You're fighting Shadow, huh?
Snake: Yeah. He's really fast, just like Sonic.
Colonel: Shadow was created by Professor Gerald Robotnik. He was meant to be the Ultimate Life Form.
Snake: No joke. I can barely touch this guy.
Colonel: Really? Well, he IS very clever. Try to confuse him.
Snake: How do I do that?
Colonel: Know his techniques.
Snake: Huh?
Colonel: Most of his attacks are powered by the power of the Chaos Emeralds, such as Chaos Control.
Snake: I'll make sure to watch for them.
Colonel: These are very fast attacks, and also his most deadly. Beware these techniques!

I am still in the process of editing this. I'm going to add more detail soon.

What we are saying is this: It needs more detail, colored text (to break up the white wall), pictures, damage %'s... it meets the bare minimum, it just needs more.
