they might be the reason competitive smash exists in Maine but competitive smash in Maine doesn't come and go with them. they didn't come to the last MST/Lobster and it had a decent turnout right?
13 people.
Decent, LOL
how bout a Maine tournament without 2 regular attendees...only it's a brawl tournament...a game that's so far attracted a ****load more people (see: 98 people at mass madness)
Mass Madness had a ****load of people to begin with.
Maine has rarely, if ever, reached 20 people.
While I think Brawl will probably push it past 20, that's not enough to warrant something like not changing a date even though we have the power to, to cater to two regular players who on top of missing the last tournament they wanted to go to due to reasons out of their control, couldn't attend the last Maine tournament for the same reason. And guess what? It doesn't affect anyone else. We're literally adding two regular attendees to the tournament at the cost of nothing. So let me ask you. WHAT THE **** ARE YOU COMPLAINING ABOUT?
Seriously
Solid Jake - Said he'd have issues attending the tournament in the first place
Milktea - Said she'd have issues attending the tournament with the original date
Kyu Puff - Can't attend on either date
JHolla - More like Johns, holla. (j/k, JHolla if you read this you're actually a cool dude whose crotch was my avatar for a month)
Basically you've said there will not be a Maine smash tournament ever until Super Smash Brothers Armageddon comes out for the Nintendo Dolphin
because 2 people don't want to go
No, basically I've said Maine tournaments are designed and cater for regular attendees, because they're the only attendees.
