what ?J why do ynt
For the Kuz paragraph, just becuase that is something he would do has no effect on his alignment. Also, I read that game and Kuz fake hammered there if IIRC which is way different than actively avoiding the thread and lying as town.
th3kuzinator - town (am I the only one who thinks this?)
th3kuzi *sigh* Alright first I wanna point out something. Sadly enough, kuzi WOULD do something like fake a posting restriction to make it seem like he was making a great move to get reactions and try and do someting in which he thought would be beneficial but then it ends up blowing up in his face when people do not agree and by him getting called wrong he begins to call the people that originally attacked him scummy to a point. However here's the thing. This behaviour is extremely to paint as the most scummiest thing in the world as what Swiss/X1-12 have been doing. These two should know better extremely after a certain game all of us would rather all forget because in that game two scum people made th3kuzi's similar action like he did in this game seem like he openly admitted he was scum. Remember? Why do I know this for a fact? I was one of the people who made it look alot alot worse then it actually was, you know who was the other one who did so? X1-12. Now it's confusing me as to why you two are going at this even though you have seen the EXACT SAME MOVE STYLE from kuzi as town. What kuzi has not done that I can see as scum-kuzi is his activity but I cannot talk at all about activity because I have not been active as well. However imho Kuzi is just not smart town at the moment and is stuck with a firing barrage that people will not let up on. Kuzi's town and I am not going to vote for him. I refuse to. Call it chainsaw like I know X1 will but seriously you two should know better and I don't like it. Losing faith in kuzi though with each move he tries to do though since they always seem to turn sour.
Swiss - scummish vibes
Swiss comes into the game and makes a kindof skeleton version catch up that people seem to like but I'm meh on it. It doesn't reveal much at all and he seems to be pushing easy people. Why did he switch to th3kuzi if he "will lynch Chibo in a heartbeat." If he was set on Chibo shouldn't that be where his vote resides? He seems to be bandwagoning a bit but I need to see more of him then what I have but I'm getting scummy vibes off of him.
How? I haven't played FF2 before.Princess Hilda fits perfectly with the doc claim.
Hilda healed the heroes after they were attacked in the beginning of the game and saved their lives iirc from the game. For the Kuz paragraph, just becuase that is something he would do has no effect on his alignment. Also, I read that game and Kuz fake hammered there if IIRC which is way different than actively avoiding the thread and lying as town.
For the Swiss paragraph, that seems hypocritical of you especially since you didn't make a catch up post so I can't tell what you think of the early part of the day whereas he at least said what he thought on some of the posts.
How? I haven't played FF2 before.
Way to misrepresent my words bud! I never once said brownie points. I bring up that the focus doesn't really help, that it's bad, then say OS gets some Notice points. That means that he gained my attention from pushing after it so hard, that I made note of him and his actions. Not at all calling him townie for it. If you're gonna go commenting on my posts, may as well, ya know, keep it to what I actually said next time? Thanks! This catch anyone's eye? We should not focus on his posting restriction, as it only distracts us from scumhunting, yet OS gets brownie points for focusing on it in the first place. Derp.
Nope, I am actually staunchly opposed to OS's point at that time. The restriction nonsense meant NOTHING about your alignment, and it's all OS wanted to talk about. That whole post was arguing that we should worry about what you actually do in the game, not about an attempt at faking a post restriction. Nice try though.Mentos afraid to take a hard stance on my issue one way or the other. He should be opposed or in agreement with OS at this point. I don't like how he chooses not to cleanly take a side.
Yeah, without context that post does look like aimlessly giving advice doesn't it? Too bad it was in response to DH calling X1 out for lurking and saying DH shouldn't be, and I was being snarky about the fact that people who are lynch options should avoid lurking more than those who aren't. It was more of a call out of point than general advice.More advice from our obvTown mentos. Did I mention scum love advice? Just keep phoning in that content and continue to avoid making hard stances.
Welcome to my normal D1 play! I'm never very solid until something sparks me into heavier actions. In Dgames it was Gordito being pushed when I was almost certain of his towniness, in NBC I missed D1 and instantly had a lot to work with. Other than that, this is what normally happens!Mentos has been doing alot of thinking this game and not enough scum hunting. He has just been commenting on the proceedings of the Day and is not being firm enough with anything. He is probably scum.
1. Nope, I tend to find townies quicker than I find scum.1. I dont really have many scum stances.
2. I am hoping Kuz posts something worthwhile. If he does not, I will join his wagon even if he is town.
3. I will wait until Kuz has posted before posting content, because, you know, I have been chock full of it this game already.
Point one I responded to, I'm always terrible during D1. The part about chatting in the social chat? Much easier to chat when exhausted and not entirely sober than it is to read and respond to mafia, that about sums that one up.@Gheb, Mentos himself has not posted lots of content. He only has 17 posts, most of which are the ones I have already pointed out/RVS. His extreme lack of content and his trepidation to take hard stances is what is scummy. Fully convincing a town that someone who has coasted their way through D1 and has a lack of content is scum is near-impossible. However I do feel that he is scum and I do feel this type of over-cautiousness is a scum-tell. He was chatting in the dGames social chat all last night and did not even poke his head in the thread to respond the the points made against him or even attempt to contribute content. With the deadline in two days, this surprises me.
Haha J, you're so metaing me off the worst examples you could XD FF7 you replaced into, so you saw mostly endgame Mentos who kills early game Mentos in both ability and activity. Dgames was an unusual case because I had the strongest town read I think I've ever had, and NBC I didn't even have the ability to post until after we had an entire day/like 20+pages of 40ppp to respond to and base my thoughts off of. I get better when I have more to work with in pretty much every way.Mentos - scummy
Now here is someone who is playing a complete 180 from what I have seen of Mentos. In FF7/DGames/NBC mafia he played in quite a different way. As in he was more active and also was not really that afraid to give stances on people, where has Mentos laid his vote on or give definitive opinions on people? He has been playing extremely safe and fence-sitty. The fact is I am not liking Mentos one bit this game and especially after a re-read. He just seems like he isn't willing to take a stance on a single person yet and hence why he has not even voted ANYONE yet this ENTIRE game. Not once has he put his vote down. Why is afraid too? He also has stated he has absolutely no scum-reads. All he's been doing is going along for the ride.
@ Gova - everyone you can. I really cbf re-reading too often. Plus it's a great anti-scum tactic ;D
Your early reads could have been helpful. They might not be now but it would have been good to have them I think when you came back from V/LA. How are we thinking alike? I'm pretty sure some of our reads differ. Also I answered the questions at the bottom of that post, the only problem might be it's not "extensive" enough for you.Hilda healed the heroes after they were attacked in the beginning of the game and saved their lives iirc from the game.
Kuzi part, he tried a similar move in which he was trying to do a town power move. Same style, not same move. Actively avoiding the thread. So have you. Lying I'll give you.
First half does seem a bit hypocritical but it's still my opinion. Would my early reads be extremely crucial to you especially since you just NOW got a full re-cap of what exactly I am thinking? Nothing to comment on the second half hm?
Fixed that for you.OS, I explained my actions already. There are no better lynch candidates for D1 than the unCCd doc who lied repeatedly to town and panicked under pressure as well as disappear the moment they get called out.
Well, I was working on that for a good amount of time, I had started before I even joined the social chat thing, there was just a lot of ninja'sIt's pretty late over here [1am] and I'm too tired to read deep into the most recent posts. Just some quick hits before I go:
- I probably won't hold Zen's hammer against him
- Watcher + Doc claims together make me a bit wary
- Weird timing of mentos' post right after the hammer
Not going any deeper without a clear head though...
