She'd be the perfect wife for Kellem. She is like Anna, not important to the story itself at all. But nobody can or should ever forget about Anna ever. Poor Say'ri
Do you even notice me Kellem? noShe'd be the perfect wife for Kellem.
It's a real tragedy.I kinda tend to forget Say'ri exists. Probably due to the fact she doesn't a future kid.
Now, I can only think of De-cruited.Do you even notice me Kellem? no
Do you notice me Say'ri? not at all.
And they lived long and happy after.
yeah kinda sad indeedIt's a real tragedy.
You have to kill Yan'Fey within like ten minutes of meeting him. I feel like they could have built up the emotions better if you could have seen him sooner, and experience the relationship of the siblings personally at an earlier time.
Agreed. I also wished they had Morgan interrupt Lucina confronting Robin in Chapter 21 if they're married, instead of Chrom.yeah kinda sad indeed
Reminds me, your signature (the Chrom quote) Is probably the very best moment in the intire game for me, It's just way to good.
Mom why are you trying to kill dad?Agreed. I also wished they had Morgan interrupt Lucina confronting Robin in Chapter 21 if they're married, instead of Chrom.
Yeah, I know what you mean. By the time she shows up, it's pretty late to be adding first gen characters. Swordmaster is one of the better standalone classes in the game, though, and she can ever Galeforce. If you wanted to use Say'ri, you'd not likely regret it. She's pretty decent.I kinda tend to forget Say'ri exists. Probably due to the fact she doesn't a future kid.
One of my good friends didn't know about the kids until I told him. Same with the Support system.Mom why are you trying to kill dad?
Edit: overall the other kids don't add to much to the story which is sad. You can even clear the game without getting them at all which kind of sucks but idc because most of the child Units are really good and cool anyway.
I'll check it out!Yeah, I know what you mean. By the time she shows up, it's pretty late to be adding first gen characters. Also, you guys and the people from the Robin thread ought to hang out in the Fire Emblem thread in the Lighthouse forum sometime. It gets a little lonely over there, but we discuss it all. We even started a FE13 draft run recently. Too late to join, but you could start your own if you could get 5 people interested! Each person gets 6 characters plus Chrom/MU, not including kids.
Not knowing about kids, I can believe. One of my good friends didn't know about the kids until I told him. Same with the Support system.
This is the funniest thing I've seen all day. And so true. Not knowing about kids, I can believe.
Not knowing about supports, when around Chapter 2 the game literally stops after you beat it to yell SUPPORTS UNLOCKED and waits for you to acknowledge this before moving on ...
Also, Say'ri. Sigh. Say'ri. Victim of really bad writing, i.e. the most poorly written arc in the game.
Say'ri: "I am the leader of the resistance, and I am severely boned because my brother has the majority of the dynasts under control and he defected to Walhart. What an ***. About half the people in the resistance are spies and the dynasts not allied with Walhart or Yen'fay are turncoats who'd leap to join the winning side."
Chrom: "Fear not, FOR I AM HERE. ANYTHING CAN CHANGE. THINK AGAIN. BEHOLD MY MAGNIFICENT BRANDED SWIMMING TRUNKS."
Say'ri: "Er ..."
Excellus: "YO. I'm literally as close to Jabba the Hutt as a biological human can be. It's not like you could tell that I'm evil and manipilative with SUBTLE CUES or anything."
Yen'fay: "..."
Excellus: "YENNY BOY! SO YOU'RE ACTUALLY A GOOD GUY BUT I FORCED YOU TO JOIN THE BAD GUYS BY THREATENING YOUR SISTER. NOW YOU WILL NEED TO DEFEAT HER ALLIES. IN SPITE OF WANTING TO BE ON THEIR SIDE. BECAUSE YOU'RE A GOOD GUY. WHO I HAVE MANIPULATED. WITH MANIPULATION. TO WORK FOR THE BAD GUYS. CLEAR?"
Yen'fay: "..."
Excellus: "WONDERFUL CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT, BY THE WAY."
Yen'fay: "..."
Lucina: "So I've 1 turned all these chapters with Cynthia's Galeforce assistance and Brady's Rescue spam, why are do we have like five boss-kills in a row, again? This last dude I killed had a Noble Rapier on him, that was nice and probably the most memorable thing about him."
Yen'fay: "..."
[To clarify, Yen'fay is now DEAD. The player tries to care, but his character dead is astoundingly similar to his character alive.]
Excellus: "CURSES. The one person I had manipulated had control of all the dynasts and he is now dead, so I can't use my only leverage, because it is very specific to just the dead guy. Will the dynasts stay loyal to me? Probably. I cannot foresee this going bad at all. I shouldn't use my teleport hax for strategic assassinations, further threats, escape routes or anything important like that."
Lucina: "One turned Walhart as well ..."
Excellus: OKAY, WHAT THE F -
Lucina: "Ew, dude, are you Jabba? Wrong universe, Broski. Anyway, my sister needs to stick her lance in you for Galeforce purposes. Thanks for being conveniently situated eight spaces from Walhart in this next Walhart chapter."
Excellus: "..."
[EXCELLUS is now DEAD as well. He's not even important enough to not really die even when we clearly see his hitpoints go to zero.]
Lucina: "Hey, Walhart. Again."
Walhart: "INSOLENT FOOL! I SHALL URK URG SPLUGRLE FLURG"
Lucina: "Yeah, it's hard to talk when you're spewing blood. Did you really think that having Conquest negate my Noble Rapier would mean I couldn't still ORKO you?" *calling to Robin* "ANOTHER ONE-TURN, whoop-de-doo. Let's get to postgame ASAP so I can feel challenged again."
Aversa: "By the way, Walhart totally was massing an army to crush the Grimleal." *drops mic and exits*
Robin: "WAIT, WHAT? He was really a good guy? And so was Yen'fay on the right side all along? And we messed it up? Sure Walhart wanted to take over the world but if he had rallied an army for world-saving purposes we could have opened diplomatic negotiations and settled this whole war business AFTER STOPPING THE SCENERY CHEWING WORLD DEVOURING DEMIGOD-DRAGON. GODDAMN IT WALHART WHY DO YOU SUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUCKK"
Lucina: "Wait, this means Jabba was technically a good guy as well. Sort of."
Robin: *hurls*
Lucina: "Technicalities. Whatever, let's move on so I can keep being awesome."
Cynthia: "With my help! Right?"
Lucina: *ruffles her hair* "Couldn't do it without you, sis. Or you, Brady. Or Gerome, or Severa, or Morgan. You guys are all invaluable, my staunchest companions -"
Chrom: "What about me?"
Lucina: "Oh, you're useless. Dude, you kicked in my lifetime. There was a reason for that. Let the kids handles this, kay, popski?"
Robin: "Don't bother arguing. She's correct. I'm only useful because I'm literal hax. Just like them."
Lissa: "Do I have a future kid?"
Robin: "Once I figure out if you should marry Virion or Libra."
Lissa: "What?"
Robin: "Nothing."
God Valm is stupid.
Firstly, it's spelled "sexism".By every Sakurai post I see on miiverse about the amount of details I just can't stop but wonder how awesome Lucina would look in tht world. to many mans will melt (Wait whut she is a symbol of sexsism hurr durr)

I am talking about the Trashtalk characters like Samus have to deal with. Kind of stupid how people actually make a point of that.Firstly, it's spelled "sexism".
Second, what are you talking about?
No one should have to marry Virion. No one. Not even Maribelle. Not knowing about kids, I can believe.

What are you talking about? Virion is awesome, he is a thing of beauty after all.No one should have to marry Virion. No one. Not even Maribelle.
Also, he's an idiot. I'm surprised he even got to Lucina.
Excuse me, but Virion is the second most handsome blue-haired character in Fire Emblem. No one should have to marry Virion. No one. Not even Maribelle.
Also, he's an idiot. I'm surprised he even got to Lucina.
Well... they were introduced at the same time.Excuse me, but Virion is the second most handsome blue-haired character in Fire Emblem.
Right after Lucina.
Also, I like marrying him to Sully because the juxtaposition between the two, in design, personality, and playstyle, is just too perfect. They should hate other. Which is why, in my OTP, they love each other.
I know, and it just shows they were clearly meant to be together. I like to imagine them thirty years after the events of Awakening. As an archetypical old couple, complete with reminiscing and constant griping at each other.Well... they were introduced at the same time.
It is quite fun picturing couples in Fire Emblem 30 years or so into the future.I know, and it just shows they were clearly meant to be together. It really is.It is quite fun picturing couples in Fire Emblem 30 years or so into the future.
I wonder what present-timeline!Lucina's reaction to future!Lucina is. Also, ChromxSumia couldn't be more couldn't be more canon. It really is.
Which is why I want a sequel to Awakening set in the future starring the present-timeline Lucina (as in, the one seen as an infant)
That would be cool as ****. Also, have Chrom have a beard and a ponytail. Also, ChromxSumia has to be canon because I want to see Sumia as a nice old lady.
I would imagine Future Lucina would have gone home to her time, her task complete. Then again, unless she married the Avatar. Of course, perhaps the Avatar actually went and stayed with Lucina in the future? (Maybe, for the sake of ambiguity, they aren't said to be married or romantically involved)I wonder what present-timeline!Lucina's reaction to future!Lucina is. Didn't they say she couldn't go back to her time? Also, I personally think she did stay with Robin, due to them being my OTP, but who knows.I would imagine Future Lucina would have gone home to her time, her task complete. Also, the main character Lucina is a lot more mischievous and cheerful than the Dark Future one as a result of hanging out with Lissa all the time.
Weren't they traveling back and forth between the times in the DLC Chapters?Didn't they say she couldn't go back to her time? Also, I personally think she did stay with Robin, due to them being my OTP, but who knows.
It would totally be awkward.Weren't they traveling back and forth between the times in the DLC Chapters?
Well, regardless, I think it would be...awkward to have them meet, I don't think it would make much sense to the story of the game.
That depends. That brings me to something else, imagine if you could see your future child at your right now and he or she is somewhere around the 18/20 would you want to see him/her?
No. I think that meeting would just be too darn complicated. I'd be mess wondering about timelines and butterfly-effects. What if my newfound notion of what my child is to become changes how I'd treat infant them, Or their future mother? What if he/she lets on too much about the future and inadvertently causes me to ruin it and stop him/her from existing entirely? That brings me to something else, imagine if you could see your future child at your right now and he or she is somewhere around the 18/20 would you want to see him/her?
The jokes will get out of control.Kay, I think we've strained Hong's kindness for long enough. Let's actually get back on topic.
Who's dreading the "Marth = girl" jokes to get REALLY obnoxious if Lucina is revealed?
I hope based Hong is kind enough.Kay, I think we've strained Hong's kindness for long enough. Let's actually get back on topic.

I wouldn't mind either, in fact, I would prefer it.I don't care she if appeared instead of chrom, more female characters
