I intend to finally place somewhere significant. Hopefully 2.6 Lucario's got some interesting stuff to work with so I can surprise everyone.
I am aiming at a Doce! That's right, I intend to take all 8 of my opponent's stocks as well as all four of my partner's.

Also @ Strawhat: Aegis and I are on the 1:00PM-4:50PM bus to Dallas. If you haven't bought tickets yet it'd be great if we could go as a group.

Why play an outdated version of the game for a national?

just wondering... Its only a weeks worth of practice for a new updated version and characters like link are getting buffs and other characters are getting nerfs so i wasn't sure if people were going to use a version that is familiar so everyone is playing with whats familiar or if they will be using a newer version with a few new tweaks to work out... alright then it will be 2.6 training for the week then!!

Housing is still unresolved for a bunch of carpools afaik, but between Oracle's apartment, Infinity's place, and my house, there should be plenty of room to go around.

right now infinity and I are close to capacity, so you should be staying at sethlons (which makes more sense driving from the east anyways, since it its probably about an hour extra to get to my place from his)

it was never necessarily a "beat sethlon" bonus. it was always more of a "someone other than sethlon get first for once, god dammit" bonus, oracle just got super hype and made his first post about it as a bounty.

Speaking of exhibition matches, since there hasn't really been that much hype for mm's other than me and sb (and he wants to wait until the tournament is over till we play >.>), I'm thinking we could do crews instead. We have enough oos interest for 5-6 crews (dfw, az, atlantic south, midwest, texas b team?), and probably just enough time to run a small single elim tournament at the end of saturday. Would any of you be interested in doing that rather than money matches?
