Hey there~ I'm Lokii! And this right here is my art thread of artness.

Freshman at Art Institute of Pittsburgh's Game Art/Design Program in Fall of 2011

Style ranges from anime to cartoon to realism. I like trying out different styles.

Tools of the trade include mechanical pencils, Sakura Pigma Microns, Faber Castell manga pens, crayons, colored pencils, Prismacolor markers, Neopiko markers, acrylic paints, watercolor paints, Paint Tool SAI, Photoshop CS3, Wacom Intuos4 tablet, and whatever else I can get my hands on.

I take commissions in the Midwest Brawl scene. Not on SWF.

Your drawings are really good .
They're all a very cartoonish/anime style. I wonder how you would do drawing people realistically and anatomically correct! It's bound to be really good.

You really draw a lot, and it's a really large gallery to look through, but I've seen a couple I really liked. I really liked the "Ad hurhurhur" one, with you and Lokii . What's with your right leg though, it looks like it's bent past the knee >_<.
There's a lot of skill here. Maybe I should try to set up a DeviantArt as well, but I don't think I actually draw enough to make it worthwhile .

Lol the leg is just cartoony embellishments. Chibiness means i dont have to follow the natural order of things >:D BWAHAHAHA (but in all seriousness i should follow the natural order xD;; )

Definitely alot better than I was at 17. I remember i didn't really get good until my senior year of highschool.

My teacher inspired me so much. I haven't felt the same since.

That hair is awesome. Hair's tough because it takes so many individual strokes to get right lol. I'm not an anatomy expert but her arm looks a little but looong.

Mhm! She actually does look either my age or older than me XD;; Well, she looks her age i guess?
I get mistaken for a freshman a lot of the time >__>; She's a soph..sooo....yeah xD

I was surprised how nicely the hair turned out...lucky for me she had her hair in a ponytail. Sooo much easier.
XD; Yeah...i was trying to compare it to the reference picture as much as possible...I kinda just was like 'meh...i can fix it eventually' and left it rofl

I was planning on working on something after i finished all my scholarships and settled down from crazy time (late march?)
I wanna play around with a concept i've been piecing together to see if i could turn it into a full story

One point though, I feel the shoulder of the raised arm should be a bit higher. It looks sort of unnatural now. It could also be just me looking at it from the wrong POV and I'm not seeing a perspective lol

I'd be willing to throw in some recommendations and suggestions and the like.

Don't really have anything to critique, just wanted to come and love up on your art. Very appealing to the eye. Also I hope you don't find it too creepy, but on your newest sketch, the un-colored titled 'sans jacket', you gave her "Hips fit for birth" which I think most men would find attractive as it instinctually means she would be able to give birth easier>not dying>more children.

Even if it wasn't on purpose, very attractive, which isn't done often. You see big boobs, big *****, chun li legs, etc., but rarely are there characters with realllllly nice hips.

Needless to say I GREATLY approve.
