At least SSB4 will launch this year. Maybe in the summer.

My wifi's not set up but I can move into my apt tomorrow :) ...but I won't get internet until the 4th :ohwell:.

SSB4 MUST have a better wifi system than SSBB; HOW CAN IT NOT?! TBH, as much as people complain about Nintendo wifi at least it's free and at least they don't force the players to pay for dumb DLC to experience a game we already bought.

Smash 4 might just have the same system as it did for brawl just necause if it was done our way, it'd be a nexcellent tool to aid the competitive scene. Sakurai will do anything to make sure us competitive players don't have our way. But that's cool, the more restraints he puts on us, the harder we'll fight to play competitively with a game we love. It'd be better if he didn't make the game at all if he hated competitiveness that much. No game, no likelihood to make it competitive.

A benefit of SSB4 being Brawl 2 is at least the bugs can be worked out and it can be balanced better. A big reason why smash games have imbalance is because they have to reinvent the wheel each time and unexpected things happen.

So I went to Consult the Helix Fossil in Mobile and entered P:M. There were 31 entrants and I got 9th! Whoo! Fortunately I managed to get in a lot of practice before hand. I got in a couple hours and early and the event started a couple hours late, but yeah, I'm pretty happy! Just wanted to say thanks to Heero for giving me all that practice on wi-fi all those times. I definitely feel it helped me develop some skills and mindsets for this event! :D

P.S- I was repping Link the whole time.

I'll do what I can. I might be at the beach for a week, but the weekend before and after is a definite! :D

I'll give details later. I'm on a break right now from work and I'm going to go help my folks out with some stuff around the house. If I finish with enough time, I'll fill you guys in on what happened.

So yeah, belated tourny details. I played a lot of casual players and only played two people who knew what they were doing whom I lost to both of them (A falcon and Samus player). One of my earliest matches I thought I was going to lose because game 2, my opponent went from yoshi to lucario and got a stock lead almost immediately. After that I lost to a falcon player because I kept making noobish mistake with my DI and rolling after being hit. Then I played a couple more people until I got my butt handed to me by a samus player. Samus is awkward.

I find it funny how I just have trouble against the same characters I do in Smash 64: Falcon, Luigi, and Samus, while playing Link. Other than that, I feel pretty good about myself. I probably would do worse in my home state, I'd probably get like 25th out of 31 if it were here in LA. But a win is a win and top 10 is top 10. >=)

Hey Bomber I just got home. Lemme know whenever you wanna play.

Also I'm considering changing my Melee main to Samus due to the overpopulation of spacies, Marths, and Sheiks in my region. I'll be using her against you more often these days. Plus you need the MU experience according to your latest post. ;)

I need to hook up my non flat screen TV and Wii.

I uploaded my photos to my computer. Now I have to sort through almost 2 gigs of pictures and find the best ones.

I gotta work a double today, and I'm on a small break right now, but if I remember tonight, I'll definitely take you up on that offer. I'm due to get off around 10. If I'm lucky, I may get off earlier if we are slow enough. We shall see. Things have gotten pretty hectic for me as of late and I typically don't get time to myself until night time. >_>

I also look forward to playing your Shamus (assuming you play green Samus).

Did a project M tourney today; it was just for fun (and most of us have limited experience with Project M) but I still got second place, so that was fun.

I play Link in P:M and people seem awfully scared of what I can do lol

I haven't really had anyone to play against for the past few years (as I live by myself and nobody's really as high level as me)
So I've been playing against CPUs for Brawl, Melee, and P:M

Apparently my P:M Link is fast though

Also for the "combo video", I've been trying to gather a few more clips myself if anyone was wondering

I have the pictures I'm trying to sell watermarked because it's the only protection I can give them. (Not that it matters because I haven't sold any).

I might be able to wifi tonight but I'll start really rusty, lol.

Sup guys. Got a new phone. Galaxy S4 active. Also I've been playing tales of symphonia chronicles. Kinda pricey for just one rereleased game but hey, it's one of my favorites. :awesome: STRUGGLE AGAINST THESE HOLY CHAINS. SHINING BIND!

I echo Bomber.

I'm not sure how often Harry lurks around here in the Brawl/P:M Link forums, but you should play him sometime in P:M Bomber. He's a lot better than me and actually has time to practice. :p

I'm slowly finding myself unable to play smash either. School work and deadlines are creeping up on me. D:
