i know how you feel man, i very recently started my journey into fitness and i've never felt better.LOL you basically said what I didn't have the balls to say because I didn't want to start an argument and seem like a douche bag for telling him he is wrong even though he has proof that he was able to obtain his goal with just diet and no other forms of help.
Like I swear exercising has saved my life. Every time a person asks me how losing weight has changed my life and I tell them the past 5 months of my life have probably been the happiest moments of my entire life.
This is incorrect. Hormones, what your body does with the calories, how it handles the intake, what you eat, etc all make a huge difference, which debunks the calories in/calories out theory.Calories in, calories out.
Dang. :')Out at the moviesssss =)
How does weight loss occur other than your body taking from fat deposits under a caloric deficit then? This is incorrect. Hormones, what your body does with the calories, how it handles the intake, what you eat, etc all make a huge difference, which debunks the calories in/calories out theory.
@ Jane:Exercise helps increase your metabolism, and fitness levels, but directly it has little impact on weightloss. What I'm saying isn't false. Your information is flawed/incomplete.
