I've updated the OP with new info. If you bring a TV to this shindig, you get $5 off entry.

Also, I decided that this tournament has gone for waaay too long without a name. So I now dub it 'l3o0ked for Brawl' or l34B for short.
I'm going to think for a while on what we're doing. Time's we have available to us is 8am to 3:30pm so we need to make the most use of it as we can. Might have a 9am - 9:15 registration period, and start then.
Depending on who makes it on time, I might decide to do a quick doubles event, seeded using SummerSmash's results, before singles so that if people don't make it on time, they won't miss too much.
Times:
9:00am - 9:15am: Registration period
9:15am - 10:15am: Brawl Doubles
10:15am - 11:00am: Lunch Time
11:00am - 11:15am: Registration period
11:15am - 2:30pm: Brawl Singles

The SBR hasn't put any restriction of release grabbing.
Don't use it to excessively stall. Simple as that.

Indoor Soccer would be SO good but thats more a fantasy than a realistic option.
Even though the PCYC downstairs is probably THE place for it!.
Doubles should be hot, Ooh I think we have the ability to record some matches as well.

Hey dj could my friend and I get a lift with you to the tournament? i can bring a wii and brawl and it might be 2 wiis if my mate gets his back from his cousin, and i can get to your house the night before if that would be easier? If you cant its alright we'll just catch the train in.

I wish I had a bigger car (like a FALCON!) but this one boxes way above its weight so its all good.

Will bring a Wii for one of your TVs DJ. And i cant really do anything that night after guys. Its the first week of footy and the Sharks are playing Saturday night. So unless someone has Foxtel and is willing to let me watch 80min of NRL uninterrupted im going to be sitting at home watchin my beloved babys kick the **** out of the panthers
