btw gadiel ive been implementing/experimenting with WOI and ive found it to be so good that i haven't not used it since i started experimenting (im not talking about recovery. that's a derp) WOI cancel is really good and wing lunge still works as a mix up. OMG spamming WOI cancell near the edge is a god send against MK's nado. keep cancelling it until you fall off and grab the edge (found out that WOI cancelling moves you back a little because of it's animation). watch my recent matches on youtube

I doubt wing lunges work anymore, they're so obvious. I'll throw out some random woi gimmicks whenever I friendly with some of the guys in my region next week though and see how well it goes.

It works...it helps pit shield poke ALOT.

You guys keep Esca in your thoughts, he got stabbed this weekend in a robbery.

He's gonna be in the hospital until next Thursday.

Thank you guys all so much. I have 6 severe lacerations and a deflated lung, so I've got to wear this chest tube and I have to wait until my lung heals shut because one stab went all the way through my body.

I feel okay to text and stuff now (on my phone atm) but its mainly because of the morphine.

Im hoping to make a fast recovery but the doctor said it'd be a couple of months before I could really run or do anything worthwhile.

Why did he stab you? I mean yeah it's a robbery, but i'd think they'd just be in it for the money.. =/

I have so many questions but i feel they'd be in bad taste.

Not only was it a robbery, but it was at a god friends house. All my friends were there, watching, but nobody could do anything because guy was big. All my friends saw it happen and none of them did anything. I had to hold my back closed for 30 minutes so I could breathe, because I had a stab from my back through my lung, until I made it to the hospital. Thank god for boy scouts, the turnekeit I made from my jacket saved the **** out of me.

How did you even feel? Like did it hurt? How were you able to react so well after that. Why in the world did he stab you?! You weren't playing hero were you?

I know that sounds dumb to ask, but i remember having my head busted open, and at that moment i didn't feel any pain whatsoever.

(i mean unless it all women and children that were there besides you then i understand-ish). if i sound cocky it's cause me and my best friend are active martial artists/competitive stand up fighters but seriously even without self defense or martial knowledge strength in numbers holding even just kitchen appliances is> one big guy with a knife. i mean how does no-one fight back? that is such a strange concept to me as even my sister has knocked out a full grown man in one punch. OMG OMG OMG im just so ****ing angry over this sry if im ranting......

When I got stabbed the first 5 times I didn't feel anything, but the last one did the most damage and I felt it immediately.

You know the dreams you have when your a kid, where your screaming as loud as you can or trying to breathe but nothing comes out? That's how I felt for 40 minutes. I wasn't being a hero I don't like to instigate fights or provoke violence in any way.

Getting stabbed 6 times and surviving is pretty crazy though, as grim as it is your pretty lucky he didn't get any important organs. I can't believe your friends let it happen, thats really sad

And not to try to put you down, but you shouldn't have drove yourself to the hospital considering the condition you were in. Something even more terrible could have resulted from that.

1.Him stay there and have his friends just watch him die

2. go hard and drive to the hospital

I'm really glad to hear you're going to recover and stuff at least, especially after 6 stabbings like that... This sounds straight out of some stupid anime or something where the lone protagonist who is smarter than everyone else IS the one given this type of punishment for no reason, and to have his "friends" sit there and watch him, not helping...

I shouldnt have drove but I had to run away, and I called 911 on the way there just so they could track me if I did in fact, pass out. I had to get away from the house because he was probably gonna kill me.

It's over nonsense man. He just likes to start fights and when he realized that I could actually fight back and defend myself he decided to resort to more hostile measures. I had a phone, I just couldnt speak. It was like one of those dreams where you're trying to scream or holler but nothing comes out.

I did almost die. They did surgery on me in the emergency room WHILE I WAS STILL CONSCIOUS. I didnt get ANY numbing/painkillers/etc.. They (doctors) cut through my chest and put a tube in my lungs and I felt every fraction of it.

Dude I have no clue why my friends didnt do anything, but WHOBO is my first tourney back so I cant wait.

I tried to answer as much as possible here. As far as any further action goes, we've informed the law and we are pressing charges. The cops are gonna detain him tomorrow.

If you thinkn about it their is a bad guy who stabs your freind so if you helpp him you might even die..
They probably didnt help because they froze of shock because of what happend<- like in movies were you see a truck about to hit u and you just stand their scared.

If my best friend was standing before me getting stabbed multiple times I would have looked around and found something in my own house to use against the !@#$er, but I understand the shock factor. Still, it's ridiculous. I would risk my life for my friend, I don't care.

But... I guess until I was put into that position, I don't know what my body would do. It's like, you're telling your body to do one thing, but it's doing something else (frightened, heighted awareness and shock + adrenaline rush can do one of two things; help you, or hurt you)
