Well, I mean, that was only directed to chu.

If my minds serves me correctly, that doesn't necessarily affect the statement that we're the smartest.
We're smart, but not in the relevance of chu's intelligence. I will continue my research while watching episodes of katekyo Hitman reborn.

Edit-----

Hm. I feel really bummed out today. I don't know what I'll do when full sail will call me and I still can't find work. I said I was probably going to hobo, but it looks like I'm probably not gonna make it after all.

Kirby mains seem to really be intelligent, long and great posts.
I'm a firm believer in being concise. Like, if you truly understand something you'll be able to transmit that knowledge without long and winded posts.

Long posts are just a lot of words that want to (sometimes need to) get out; not necesarily intelligence imo.

I had a lot of fun at this weekend's tournament, there was even a Project: M side event.

And I second what Auto said.

Yeah that's true Vinyl, the gap between Chu and the next best Kirby is... Lightyears. Sorry Falln, it's true. XD

Like you gotta play Chu, after playing him, you realize there's no Kirby near his level (nor will there probably ever be). Granted I haven't played Falln (except I think maybe 2 years ago on the AiB ladder or something) but when I watch Falln's recent vids, he's good, but not near Chu's level.

Before brawl came out, Chudat was amazing in Melee. He was easily one of the top national players and he was always a lot of fun for me to watch.

In Brawl, I feel that he's still one of the best players on a national level but I honestly think Kirby can only take him so far. I'm not the only one who's noticed this either. Other top level players agree and can only wonder what he'd be capable of if he played a top tier.

Pirlo is the ****ing man.
I had multiple heartattacks for 120 minutes. Pirlo's pk being the most violent heartattack. He has BALLZ man. Thursdays game is gonna be frickn epic.

As for length of posts...sometimes people just like to rant and rant walls of text, with the hope of "throw as much **** at the wall as possible, some of it has to stick."
I forgot who said it but it reminds me of a quote..."If you can't explain it simply, you don't understand it well enough."

Yeah, I feel Chu would be godlike if he was a Kirby/ICs dual-main. He's already amazing at the ICs ditto (he picked up ICs to beat Meep back when Meep was ****** MD/VA with ICs in 2009), so if he learned how to use them in non-ditto MUs, I feel Chu really would be amazing.

I know Chu's considered it too. During the MLG days in 2010, Chu asked me before if I think he should learn ICs. Other people in MD/VA also think Chu should learn ICs too. Chu's worst MUs seem to be Olimar (he loses to PS a lot, but that is a horrible MU) and Falco (even though he beat DEHF at Pound 4... After that, he seems to have lost to every Falco he's played since). ICs would cover both of those really well. Of course because of the tech skill needed to play ICs, you can't really just secondary or pocket them (unless it's for an MU like the ditto) so I assume that's why Chu doesn't play them because Kirby is still his main, but I could be wrong, I've never actually asked, so that's just me assuming.

I've heard someone ask Chu why he doesn't main MK and Chu said he doesn't like MK, so that's that. XD

But yeah, I think Chu as a Kirby/ICs main would be raaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaape!

I kind of figured he would say that he doesn't like MK, lol.

And chu being an Kirby/ICs player would be pretty threatening, I can agree with that.
Still, like kewk and ybm, I'm wondering how good he'll do playing ZSS...

I still stand by my theory that Marth is a surprisingly compatible secondary for Kirby mains, and watching Chu pick up the finer points of Marth would be pretty damn interesting. And scary.

Actually, now that I think about it, Chu playing Ike would be a hellish nightmare. Heavy-hitting characters work primarily by getting hard reads and prediction, and whos better at that than Chu? He would get so many early kills...

That would make sense as he does supremely well doing reads.

Gonna practice a ton of Ganon. I'm not gonna stop until I get it right, lol.

This is why Chu doesn't play Marth.

And Ike is never a good character to try to pick up. Doesn't matter if you have the reads, if you don't have the frames to get your punish, you'll still get *****. An even decent MK shouldn't lost to an Ike even San-good as long as they know Ike's gimmicks and not to fall for them. I mean San's taken games from Ally's Snake before, but so has Chu's Kirby, so I really don't see Chu benefitting at all from playing Ike.

Poyo's right. And if Ike gets knocked offstage... Pretty much game over against a good player. That's not the case with Kirby.

Lol duh, obviously it wouldn't be a good idea to actually pick up Ike, that wasn't supposed to be taken literally. I was posing some "what if" scenarios, Ike being an amusing one.

You must've loved the thread title then. Absolutely loved it.
No one read it and followed the instructions, so yes, it did make me happy in that regard. :awesome:

You better hurry up and have more birthdays, or you'll never catch up to me!

Double pawnches are the norm in CF dittos. As are double justice knees. And high-speed adrenaline.
You obviously have never had a person to play with to share the wonder. Don't get me wrong, Ganon is very fun. Lol i can't count how many times I've had all-day CF sessions with some people who play like they just don't care...definitely my favorite brawl moments.
Actually i have a few crazy CF vids on youtube if i can dig em up.

ZSS dittos with items also sounds fun. Something I'll never be able to do because I'm never in a tourney with another ZSS main... :(

Log-ins were turned off because of the recent 502's and DDoS attacks on MLG. I don't know if they were turned back on yet.

This was hella happening to me two days ago. DDoS would explain it since there's no maintenance and no one me kicked me out of the ambassador group nor gifted me premium again.

There's a tourney in my area on July 14th and I'll try out my Kirby for some matches. I hope they'll be saved as replays/recorded so I can be critiqued since the last tourney I went to wasn't. =P
