just finished the first match. you had some real nice botched ds attempts :psycho:
less dash dancing. you're lucky you didn't trip and ruin an advantage you might've had..

imo if you really want to improve use more jungle trapz

watching boss now.. you throw out some random smashes that get you punished.. and especially your counters. you use them in places where it doesn't seem like he would even attack.
Also, after you end a missed db early, instead of shielding after, try doing a pivot grab (run away then pivot grab) - you may catch him after he tries to grab you (lower controller port wins and he may have lag if he grabbed early enough). This is conditional to him not punishing you asap and giving you half a second, which I saw he did at least once.
edit 3........... you air dodge a lot afer getting hit instead of fairing to cancel momentum. Just work on mashing the c stick towards the stage.

wouldnt be surprised if [jungle trapz are] all you guys talk about in the marth back room. keeping the good strats to yourselves.

last bit of critique (for now)
use db in the air to stall, watching the vids its apparent that he can predict you very well and punishes you when you come down.
Also FAIR AFTER YOU'VE BEEN HIT it saves lives

Very nice Marth. Good zoning on the Pit, once that match got started for real with stocks rather than minutes! Diddy got owned in round two... he should have used more bananas (and who counterpicks Yoshi's against a Marth?!?), but good stuff.

Also FAIR AFTER YOU'VE BEEN HIT it saves lives
Indeed... I used to airdodge to slow momentum, then started fair-ing. Using fair is so much better, I always live a lot longer with DI + an immediate Fair after getting hit medium to long distances away.

well thats where i got my name from.. but couldn't get just Ocho... but **** man this season... at least we get a good draft pick..

Kadaj i'm not saying your di was bad, but you would've done better had you cancelled momentum with fair you can't deny that

Diddy& Pit match: Dash dancing lol are you serious? Other than that very nice pressure on Pit and and Diddy.

Mario: That Shieldbreaker ranks #3 on the "WTFLOLFAIL" list. Good job baiting him by ledgestalling. <----very effective mindgame. I think you just need practice on how to handle those fireballs then you will be fine. (maybe jab at them till he gives up using them or jab then shfair)

Last video: ROFLLMAO, that MK killed Neo XD. Thx for the lulz. The teamwork on that matches was just too good

I think the amazing thing about the video was that you didnt get ***** by NEO (using his name seemed to help your play). Oh and thx for being a marth that sees Dair as a viable kill option offstage when tippered. I get the feeling that elite marths frown upon marths who spike.

Nice kadaj. Just watched you vs. Boss. **** man I was like, he's gonna shield the uair or nair and up that fool for the final kill and then you didn't =[ I was sad.
Nice one though. But I think you could have abused DS OoS more =\

Im not to far off from where Neo is at

but yea i dont know which marths said that but d-air is def. a viable kill move :)
I'm saying this because in the video critique thread i have seen ppl say "shouldnt have went for the dair" when it was a perfectly reasonable attempt. Also I rarely see marths take advantage of perfect spike opportunities (snake recovering low with cypher, *insert other spikebait recovery here*). I'm sure its just a playstyle thing where certain marths go for the easy fair instead of the opportunistic spike.

The cape gimp hurted.
Should of been more aggresive off the stage and you would have tied it up with a ledge dropped BAir. Good Marth otherwise. Just tighten up the ledge work.

GJ against Koi, and you put up one hell of a fight against Boss.
At the tourney, Toasty said your Marth is SCARY and I nodded and said it looks like a Melee Marth. :p

Well I was rooting for you when you were fighting Boss on the big screen. You'll get him next time man!

Good games Kadaj, against Boss you missed a couple moves near the end that could've won it for you. Less Fsmash, and less Up-B, in that first match you were using them when he wasn't next to you.
