Accident? This is getting really weird because I saw this:
Well yes, but "accidents" do happen. In Melee, Shigeru Miyamoto accidentally leaked Jigglypuff. In Brawl, David Hayter (the voice actor of Snake) accidentally leaked Jigglypuff. In Brawl Eiji Anouma accidentally leaked Sheik, Zelda, and Ganondorf (getting Twilight Princess designs like Link). In Brawl we also got Ness, Jigglypuff, and Lucario confirmed via a video showcasing stickers (via their sticker icons).
Oh and in Smash 3DS and WiiU during the Smash Direct back in April in the direct there was a shot in it that had the frame rate or something like that (it was in a Game Xplain video; I don't know none of that advanced game development stuff!).
Now, of course this is only one person but I just want to know, do you think it has to do with this as well?
To be fair, I do kinda trust the Amazing Ampharos, but not his source to the same level (for sure), lol. Still, I guess I'll give them the benefit of the doubt since I have faith in him.
After all, I "randomly" experienced lag (it went from 60 fps to about roughly 10 fps for 1 second, it stopped for 3 seconds, and then roughly 20 fps for 2 seconds, and then the game ran smoothly) in a match vs. my brother on Smash 3DS yesterday.
Also, my brother had this funny "random" story. One match on Wednesday he was spectating he randomly got "random" hype going with 3 people, and after a long delay, 1 player chooses random.
Then, 5 more people join in, and another player chooses random. Suddenly 10 more people join in, and the 3rd player chose random. Then the entire audience watching screams "RAN-DUMB! RAN-DUMB!" (I'm outside at this time 100 yards away and I hear it more clearly as the guy next to me), and THE FOURTH PLAYER CHOSE RANDOM!!! The screams I heard were INCREDIBLE!!! To top it all off the stage they chose was RANDOM, and the crowd erupted again!!!
They then let everyone in to see the match, and it was hype. So many random people, including people who had no idea what they were playing watched it with the hype.
I swear to God that moment sold like 20 copies of Smash WiiU and/or Smash 3DS.
Nintendo... GET THE (RANDOM) HYPE GOING!!!
