Best case scenario if K. Rool is confirmed as playable in DLC, either they will just plunk this social into K. Rool's hypothetical character subforum and act as the social for that thread, or they'll just lock it and the Kutthroats will pick up and move over to K. Rool's hypothetical character subforum and we make a new social thread. The latter seems more likely because this thread is more than half way to max pages (2000 I believe).

Edit: I'd rather they just move this thread over to the subforum and rebrand it as K. Rool's social, there is a lot of history in this thread.

I think it'll be moved. Eventually it will be closed if we hit the cap limit, but that doesn't matter too much. Our current status isn't a reason to close down the three unless it reaches 1800 or so BEFORE the move, which is unlikely.

Beyond what @AncientTobacco said about no K. Rool trailer being disappointing, I would take pleasure in the idea of K. Rool being tied to something from Jungle Beat. The Japanese developers in charge of Jungle Beat so transparently loathed Rare's DK characters, judging by their "not fresh enough" comment, so forcing them to see their immaculate work "tarnished" by K. Rool would be fun. I got the same petty pleasure playing as Diddy on Rumble Falls back when Brawl came out.

Not that Retro "hates" the Kremlings at all, but it would also be kind of fun to play as K. Rool on Jungle Hijinx, since it would mark the end of "no crocodiles" being in any of Returns' levels, heh.

Wasn't it Miyamoto who said not to use the kremlings, or do I just have mis-information?

Rool is TOO BIG after all?), but I was also somewhat impressed. That is, I was impressed with the impact K. Rool was having on so many different groups of people. While I am uninterested in this type of work, I think it is yet another sign that K. Rool is going "mainstream", even if just among internet communities.

Rool really need to come back?" and "no crocodiles"-type remarks, and BKupa666 mentioned that the folks behind Jungle Beat were against the Rare-created characters), but every time it sounds to me like they've had words put in their mouths, purely because there are several outside contributions to Miyamoto's various series who have all apparently faced efforts at blotting them out later, once Miyamoto had more sway again. For me, it's too much to ignore (the only reason some, like Diddy Kong and Rosalina, haven't disappeared is because of how visibly popular they've always been with fans).

Additionally, while not appropriate for general use or for Kampaigning, this artwork is interesting if you consider some of detractors' favorite adjectives for K. Rool: "ugly". The artists and consumers of this work clearly disagree.

I would say that Ridley is too big for him, but then I remembered that K. Rool can change his size at will depending on the game like him. I mean, did you guys not see how huge his *** was in Donkey Kong 64's final battles.

Sometimes I happen to browse NSFW stuff, but I never saw anything with K. Rool on it. Guess I just don't browse often enough :^).
