Haha, no. Sorry, Seph, you have to make it yourself. That's the idea.

I'm looking forward to seeing what you'll make, Gheb.

I think I've decided on my starter which will be Lettuce and mint soup. It's my all time favourite soup, its tasty as hell. That served with some tiger loaf(buttered) is the business.

The main course/dessert will be hard.

They need to compliment each other correctly for maximum deliciousness.

Also on the subject of amazing cakes.....check this guy out!

Can't take part at this anymore. Too many things to deal with at once (exams, personal stuff ... Johns, I know) to take part in a cooking contest. Sorry to drop out...Good Luck to all of you.

A food competition, hmmmm......this sounds rather interesting. So the deadline is the 31st correct? I might consider entering if I can come up with something good(googles "how to cook like an iron chef"). :chuckle:

I haven't talked to Lythium in a few days but I'm sure we'll extend the deadline.

Extending the deadline is cool with me. It's completely understandable; people have busy lives.

We'll get back to you guys with a specific date.

I'm confused. The OP says the deadline is in on October 31st but you're extending it?

hmmm. I might enter if that's the case, i suppose.

Wherever you want me to be... If you're female.
Tiger's Entry! :)
(Sorry, I can't seem to shrink the pictures, and the quality is low because it was my cell phone. Also, this isn't my best as I basically did this all in 15 minutes since I'm procrastinating a lot of work... :) )

TIGER A LA CARTE! (I had a nice looking square plate :p )

Description

One of Tiger's most stunning improvised dishes, Tiger a La Carte intertwines the taste of South East Asia, the Pacific, and the American Heartland. It is savory with a mild kick, sauted in Virgin Italian olive oil, and is esthetically pleasing. Created in only 15 minutes, Tiger a la Carte is a model TV dinner.

Ingredients:
(Unsure of exact measurements... I kind of did it on the fly... I also don't measure or follow recipes when I cook)

-Filipino Style Noodles
-Shrimp
-Chicken
-Soy Sauce
-Old Bay Seasoning
-Corn
-Garlic Powder
-Chopped Onion :(
-Black Pepper
-Salt
Cilantro
-Peanut Sauce(Thai-ish)
-Teriyaki Sauce
(Sauce to left side is 50/50 cheese and wine sauce for bread... though I didn't make that)

How to make this in 15 minutes

*I had precooked shrimp and chicken the night before. The sauces were courtesy of the grocery store. The cilantro chopping was done earlier in the week. :p*

1) Heat up noodles in hot water(boiling them might kill them or make them all icky), be careful!
*you need to do the next parts quickly, since sauteing them for too long will burn*
2) Oil a sauté pan(any pan will do I guess...) and transfer the noodles to it(don't ad the water! strain if possible)
3) Add precooked shrimp and chicken to the pan. Toss around for a bit.
4) In a bowl, mix together the Peanut and Teryiaki sauce( I do a ratio of 2/3... though change to taste) with the black pepper and salt and add to the noodles(don't add too much sauce... add slowly and watch how much you add so you don't drown them)
5) After mixing, apply a dash of soy sauce and garlic powder, generously apply Old Bay Seasoning, and add the chopped onion.
6) Keep moving the food and turn the heat off after everything is hot and mixed. Watch for burns.
7) Place on a nice looking plate, and add chopped cilantro on the top.
8a) EAT IT!!! EAT ITT!!!
8b) Have a romantic dinner!*

-Freezing Pillow of Cookies-

Its a big and sweet dessert made of cream, milk and cookies.

Ingredients:
-600 ml of Milk Cream.
-400 gr of condensed milk.
-Cookies! (I used 33 "triton" cookies, which are chocolate cookies with vanilla cream inside).

Preparation:

-Put all the Milk cream in a big bowl and mix it with an electric mixer for 10 mins until it get more thick; http://i623.photobucket.com/albums/tt311/mauro_ps/delicia/cream1.png

-Put the condensed milk in the bowl and mix it with a large spoon.

-Chop the cookies. The more pieces you chop it, more scattered it will get, which is the idea. I cut each cookie in 6 parts; http://i623.photobucket.com/albums/tt311/mauro_ps/delicia/cookies1.png

-Cookies in the bowl. Mix it with a spoon.

-Take another bowl, made of a temperature resitant material, (I use a pyrex one) , and cover the base with stretch film; http://i623.photobucket.com/albums/tt311/mauro_ps/delicia/pyrex.png

-Put the Mix in the second bowl and cover the top with stretch film; http://i623.photobucket.com/albums/tt311/mauro_ps/delicia/covered.png

-Put it in the freezer for 1 day.

-Its will be very solid, and you might need to take off the stretch film, but just a few seconds of a little hot water spurt.

-Cut the pillow with a super sharp knife.

- Enjoy !

Its very sweet and crunchy.:embarrass
