Will you guys be free next Saturday or something? I won't miss it next time! I know this because I won't be in Abbotsford so any busses I'll need to take will arrive on schedule. ^.^

No, you're not. If you're feeling drained after playing, it's because you're using up a lot of mental energy. i.e. it shows you're thinking, which is definitely a good sign.

I can play pretty much everybody else (Zelda, Sheik, Ike) without nearly as much effort and focus and sometimes do even better than Peach.

I think Peach is just on of those characters that needs more focus since her gameplay needs to be forced and does require some tech skill. She also can't kill. It's not like Zelda where I just spam smash attacks and it just works :p

With that said though, watch out guys! I'm definitely improving and I'm going to be a threat in tourney soon with Peach! :peach: (Well, unless a million MKs come and I predict that may be the case next tournament...)

My thought process in Brawl:

-If I'm above the opponent: dair
-If I want to approach: dair
-If I want to attack: dair fair
-If I want to attack behind me: dair bair
-I'm on the ground and I'm scared: slap

To be honest, I'm not sure if I can do Saturdays anymore but I'll have to see. I won't say no to Friday afternoon or later.

Spent the day working a 7 to 7 shift, on a floor that recently has a Norwalk virus outbreak, with my partner leaving work 3 hours in because he was sick and me getting some new person as a replacement. We were so late I was there until like 7:30, probably with the last half hour going to be unpayed.

Ironically, she was the only non-family member who wished me happy birthday (she asked me my age... which kinda made me have to say it was my birthday lol).

Yeah... awesome day... :(

Dw about it Rob, everybody deserves attention on their birthday (if they so wish) and it sucks that you didn't. (I typically don't tell people because it's gross being another year older.)

Yes our monthlies still consistently happen! We'll be glad to have you join our events and I'm sure one of us might be able to help with housing should you need a place to stay on Saturday night.

Dakota is in the neglected half of the island (anything North of Nanaimo), so it doesn't matter anyways (lol jk).

but seriously, if you want to play brawl with people on the island, no matter where you live, North, Mid, or South, there are smashers in your area.

edit: I believe there is still a smasher in Port Alberni as well.
