3) I'm aware of this. What I'm not aware of is why and if it's even logical.

5) There is little reason for me to keep at it at this point. Wifi is horrible practice. (a couple weeks after the tourney I was 3/2 stocking ASA on wifi, and I have been ever since) and I have no way of getting real life practice atm.

Hey, I always get 2 stocked by Asa on Wifi lol. See all of a sudden you're NOT THAT BAD.

And the last two don't exist... which is a shame because Rob says I'm like Rarity the most out of all the ponies.

Even though I'm not that bad, it costs me money to go to a tournament even if I get first, and I gain very little if I get first in both doubles and singles.

Not that this is keeping me from going, what's keeping me from going is the upfront cost.

It just sucks, because it means if I can go, winning won't even mean I'll be able to return.

The main issue with saying you'd want to ban bombs and 9's is that you'd essentially have to ban downB (peach) and sideB (GaW) completely. Sometimes as peach you just wanna pluck and throw as a spam technique, so if a bomb or a stitch face gets thrown in their at some point, to say they should be penalized for that is a hard point to argue convincingly. It's even worse trying to argue limiting 9's. If there was a reliable way to ban those moves I'd be for it, but I am pretty sure there isn't because this issue has been brought up so many times in the past.
