Well since I am officially back in the OTL I will be back to hosting tournaments again. This is my second tournament of the Bored Brawl Tournaments of mine. The only reason why I host this series is when I get bored and I got bored again =P. This tournament is going to be alot better and run a heck of a lot smoother than the last BBT. So here are the rules so let's get it started ^_^

Rules
- Post counts needs to be 150+ (unless your an OTL regular)
- sets are 2/3
- WF, LF, and GF are all 3/5!!!! (stressing this cuz of last time)
- 3 stock
- All items set to off and none
- 8 minute matches
- Double Elimination
- No sudden death is ever player here are the scenarios
1.)If one player has more stock than the other they win. If they both have the same stock then the person with the least percentage wins.
2.)If the match ends in a suicide then the person who commenced the suicide wins.
3.)If both have the same percentage and both have the same stock than a 1 stock 2 minute round will be played to determine the winner of the round.
-Stalling is banned
-MK's IDC glitch is banned
-If the any act of preventing the game is done than the person who commited this will forfeit the match.
- All CGs must end by 250%
- Be nice or ima get at you >;3
- If the match cannot be played due to lag I will coin flip

Normal procedure to stage striking and banning is used. Winner picks a stage to ban, Loser announces stage that will be played, then the Winner announces if they are staying or changing characters and the match is played.
