Wow...this tourney is ridiculous. Take a lot at these ******** results. If people would actually try in tournaments we might have accurate rankings. Bob$ playing Pika, SS Roy, Boback almost losing to noobs I can four stock......this is ridiculous. To top it off I finish my match only to find half the matches going are friendlies, and the TO (who said I wouldn't be helping organizing today) in one of them. Its now seven o'clock and the tourney isn't even over yet. 0_o

the tournament was pretty fun though i left early.. im now downloading GSC, i wished i would have known about this 2 years ago.

True Life: I'm a Pissed-Off Dolphin

Foreword - Everyone gets their chance to *****. This is mine. If you don't like to hear someone *****, moan, complain, whine, john irl, and otherwise cry like a little schoolgirl, this is not the post for you.

Today ****ing sucked. Where do I begin? Hell lets start at the beginning I get up today expecting a great tournament, with high hopes to play some good players who I haven't played before. Maybe I'll get to face GERM or Hella, I think. I guess I'll find out later. I wake up at 10 on my day off and show up at about 12. I get a few friendlies in doubles, boring matches, nobody really trying. So then I start setting up tio, and TC1 tells me I don't have to organize today, that he'll do it. Okay, I think, I'll be able to get some friendlies while TC1 runs the tournament. NOPE He did doubles sign ups and called out a few matches, and like usual I end up doing most of the work.

So my hopes are still high after doubles, which turned out as usual for me: win a couple, lose a couple. No big deal. Singles starts soon after that, and I had no part in the seeding. Some people were dissatisfied with the tournament because they ended up facing multiple opponents they did last time, which shouldn't ****ING HAPPEN. Now at first I take a look at the brackets (after they were created) to see who I'd be facing. I think, ok, I'll beat that guy, face Kev and go to losers, where I'll get to play a couple new guys, Narfinator, and eventually facing Bob$ or Tang. THAT **** ****S UP TOO. Another player was entered in, and took the spot of the guy in winners that I would have beat. Who is it? NintendoKing, who I play often. So instead of getting some new matches, I end up losing to NintendoKing in my first match. THAT ****ING SUCKS. I GET TO THIS TOURNAMENT ONLY TO LOSE TO SOMEBODY THAT I PLAY ALMOST EVERY WEEK RECENTLY????? WTF. MY NEXT MATCH: KEV$, who I just lost a MM too. Great, now I lose $5 and an opportunity to face new players. BULL**** THAT SUCKS. I faced and lost to two players who I've played tons of times before. That shouldn't happen. WTF HAPPENED WITH SEEDING????? LOCATION - NOT THAT HARD TO DO. Pay attention to your brackets TC1, and don't make people face each other if play a lot together. Same thing happened to people other than me too. At least four people had something similar happen. AT LEAST.

So I get my match with Kevin, and I hope that TC1 is getting this tournament going quickly. We had a late start so this was around 6:30, and we had just begun. What do I find instead? The "Tournament Organizer" playing a friendly. Only two TVs had tournament matches going, out of four. So--tournament is running slowly and I'm the TO. I think I'll slow it down some more by playing friendlies. So I start calling matches again and the tournament pretty much proceeds as normal. HOWEVER, a few people continue pressing me to get things moving quicker by constantly asking what their/the next match is. Who's the TO again? Who told me I wasn't doing any work today? WTF HAPPENED?????

Several players were dissatisfied with the speed of the tournament and seeding. Worse still, because I was doing most of the work, this rubs of on ME. So somebody else doesn't properly run their tournament and I play the role of target. BULL****. JON, IF YOU'RE GOING TO RUN THESE TOURNAMENTS AND ASK FOR MY HELP, YOU HELP TOO. SIGNUPS IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH. AND DON'T GET FRIENDLIES WHEN YOUR TOURNAMENT IS RUNNING LATE. I RUN MY OWN TOURNAMENTS AND I EXPECT MYSELF TO DO ALL THE WORK, AND I DON'T MIND IT. BUT WHEN SOMEBODY TELLS ME I DON'T HAVE TO DO ANYTHING, THEN I FIND THE TOURNAMENT BEING RUN ****TY, I'M GOING TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT. RUN YOUR TOURNAMENT PROPERLY JON, OR AT LEAST HELP ME DO IT.

All in all, today ended up being one of, and possibly the worst social smash event I have ever attened. I got 4 good matches with Kev, 2 with NK, and a couple with Bob. This was between the hours of 12 o'clock and 7 at night. So I stay at Jon's a bit longer because Jon said he wanted to Smash. We do about about half an hour of FFA 3-way item matches before Jon starts playing D2. So me and DRGN get a couple more good matches after we turn items off.

All in all, I got about 10 good matches today. The cost? one ****ty-run tournament which left a bootprint on my reputation's forehead, entry fees for myself and another, food costs, a $5 MM loss, and one of only two days off I get a week gone. **** THAT. THIS ****ING SUCKED.

For the very first time since I have started playing Smash I think I would've had just as much fun staying at home today and relaxing on my day off. Congratulations to everyone who had a good time, BUT I SURE ****ING DIDN'T.

I played every norcaller there 2wice.. I smashid with BOB ?? sidefx//Germ//every 1..

I got good matches with new ppl// and best of.. I got friendlies

O yah

No 1 is mad at what time the tourny ended.. they may have been a little annoyed but not everything goes perfectly.. I think ur blowing every thing out of porportion because u didnt get the matches U wanted so stfu and stop crying.. Thnx,, I dont wana argue./. so i dont wana hear what u have to post.. Moral of this story is if u dont like something.. Sya something otherwize no 1 will ever no whats wrong u could have sat me down and talked but instead u wait till u the tournies over.. and express ur anger through the keyboard.. Well Good luck on that anger hing lighten up its not the end of the world.. and 1 last thing

It's not that I don't want to do it, but if you say these are your tournaments you should be lending a bigger hand when it's needed - like when I'm in the middle of a match and the tournament is running two hours late.

I'll turn into a control freak if **** is going badly and needs to be done better.

I liked it. I got there after 8 and STILL got to see finals. I didn't think I had a chance at all. Besides, not everything can go perfectly. It really isn't a giant tournament or anything. You're not messing up a national level tourney. The only "bootprint" on your reputation is most likely the 8 paragraph unnecessary *****ing you just posted.

Wanna team for the next one? (Whenever that is). I can guarantee I'll do better than ABM.

I used Shiek for most part of the tourney till SS.

Germ used Falcon/Falco/Link

Bob$ used Pika then gave his spot to Ender

SS was using Roy and yea

It was an alrite tourney soo yea fund hanging with DBR and Brotha Zoap and Kawn ( KOF!!!) too good.

honestly delphiki, if you didn't want do it heres what you could of done:
"Hey tc1 im not helping at all, i suggest you start getting things going"
and then you run off and play friendlies and have fun.

and honestly, if you are worrying about your reputation then you are doing something wrong.
