Yes, Delphiki could be a little bit more considerate sometimes. And yes, NK is cool irl, yet lacks grace, charm, and seriousness online (). But these things -and others which i'm not going to bother mentioning- are usually obvious, and there's little need for so many paragraphs/words/posts on the subject.


Anyway, I know it's way late, but i'd just like to comment on last weekend anyway:

I got 5th place btw. (Could have easily placed higher, had I not been dumb in my second to last match, lol. But oh well. I don't really care, it was all hella fun anyway. :grin)

And as for the broken controller, omg, I couldn't believe that that happened! lol... (to those who weren't there, I was in the process of guarding DM when I noticed a problem) The feeling that not just my own life was on the line was unique for a FFA match, lol. Though of course if Mike had been gayed out of that match he would have blown right through loser's bracket and be back in no time anyway (Hooray for double-elim!). Good thing they were noobs.. They couldn't even double team a guy who's using a only partly-functioning controller, lol.

Btw, I realize this post is a little late, but does anybody have any old GC or PS2 controllers that they don't use or don't want? If so i'd be happy to take them off your hands if you don't mind, I could use the spare parts. Especially if anybody has a extra Wavebird reciever! (I know that seems kind of odd, but I have a Brand new Wavebird and no reciever .) Or does anybody know where I can get one?

King was going Fox for the tourney, and Germ went Falcon most of the time but he had to use Falco a few times. Kev beat King's inexpierenced Fox and Germ is just too good.

Dread/Lou - Wow that doubles match alone was worth my entry fee. Through the entire set nobody was more than two stocks ahead, and it came down to one. HELLA GOOD SET.

GERM - Finally got to play you, even if it was only two matches. Anyways thanks for ****** me with Falco .

It was an honor to be able to team with German, that was pretty amazing. (I remember watching The Hylian Nightmare over a year ago and being in awe, and now I got to team with him. That pretty much made my day. lol) So close to taking doubles. GG Team Opus. I think I shouldn't have tried using Zelda quite as much in that last match (vs Luigi & Fox? WHEN WILL I LEARN?!? lol..) I had a lot of fun this biweekly. GERM is amazing.


ender, Simna: **** it, you guys have got to come up some time so we can finally have some quality time to get in good matches, and relax with some M:TG.
