Well, I hope no one was reading too much into my gameplay on Saturday; I wasn't quite up to my own standards even, let alone fit to fight many of the names there. I was in the mood to play, but I just couldn't pull it together. I'm sure several people noticed my intense and amazing SDs. *Sigh* Oh well, everyone has their off-days.

Everyone just remember, the Sacramento County scene was a fraction of what it is today just a year ago. Most of us are still just starting out, and have primarily only been advancing by means of the competition within our own area. Whereas the rest of the California Smash Community has existed for quite some time, and in that time has extensively experienced the huge array of diversity that it's own self has to offer (a diversity much greater than Sac's). But with more visits from experts like the ones Zoap mentioned, the Sac area can get a taste of more advanced styles, metagaming (yomiing), & techniques, and receive more of the necessary instigation from other areas required for the continuation of good, solid, healthy growth.
