How is berserk about "nihilistic man" oni? And it was actually supposed to be a full 26 episodes, but they ran out of money and cut it down to 25. They should pick it up again, because it is definitely great. However . . . He isn't nihilistic.

Well I had been playing poorly the last couple of days and didn't feel like I was super into smash for this weekend. But today I went over to Jon's and we trained, and we had a pretty good session. With a good amount of both fun and learning, lol. So I have higher hopes for tomorrow now.. i'm looking forward to a lot of good matches...


As an obvious reminder, the more set-ups we have, the better. So if you have a spare TV and cube/disk you can bring, i'm sure everyone would greatly appriciate it! ^_^

Alternatively, calling someone nihilistic could imply that they are extremely destructive. Background - ( SPOILER )

Gatts has lived his life through nothing but pain and the destruction of those he cared about.

Born from a dieing nameless woman under a tree filled with the bodies of hanging corpses. Gatts lived his life being mentally and physically abused by his step father Gambino to the point where he was himselfwas *****,physically harmed,and mentally forced to kill for the right to live.

During his teens and 20s Gatts killed as a mercenary under the great Band of the Hawk; with his friend Griffith. He learned to have friends again and have people close to him. Only for it all to crumble before his face as everyone he ever befriended ( for the most part ) slain in the most horrible of manner before him. And by who? the very main he followed for the majority of his life and regarded as his closest friend. ****** his beloved and killing the rest.

Stripped of an eye and of a hand. His former girlfriend left memory less and at the mental state of a young child. All his friends are gone and his best friend betrayed everything. Left with a mark on his neck; reminding him forever of that night. and when the sun goes down and the night arises...evil dark spirits and monsters are attracted to the scent of his mark and he has to fight for his life until sun rises again.

Gatts's only option is revenge, destroy that which has ruined everything and kill the man he once called his best friend. But how does Gatts do that? By killing Apostles ( Those Infernal beasts creating by the Behilit!) and gaining information

Possessed with a dark feeling inside the back of Gatts's mind. Feelings of an uneasy darkness with himself manifesting from the dark life he had lived.

Attaining the power of the Armor of the Berserk could have been Gatts's worst fate. An armor that could fuel his rage, he would feel no fear and feel no pain when wearing the Armor. He could fight to a state of total unpredictable fury without hesitation.

Nihilism -

Gatts has no idea why he exists in this universe or if there is even a god. Gatts has only known killing and fighting his entire life. The story of his life is the story of his self destruction as he's forced to see ****,killing,betrayel,and inner madness consuming him. Gatts is an Anarachist to the fullest that he obeys no law created by man in his quest to destroy Griffith. The laws of good and evil also mean nothing.

His mind being torn by the Shadow beast within alterated his state of reality entirely. Driven to a point of near madness.

If you couldn't connect Gatts with Nihilism you didn't know anything about either subject.

Burnt Toast: You could take some tips from Simna, but you have a **** good Ness. If I hadn't had experience against Simna's you prolly would have beaten me.

Bob$: You're hella good. Great job on two first place finishes. That triple Fair to Up+B was fooking sweet. Thanks for the friendlies too, we need to get more matches next time.


Altogether hella good tourney guys. A bit small but everyone was good, so it was better than having more people that aren't very good. I had hella fun, thanks to everyone who came and we hope to see you all again!
