Yes, but the window for hitting Samus is so small if you time it right.

Speaking of which, if you can afford the time, do up+b from tether, Xyro. See if you can manage that consistently. It would give you more invulnerability frames.

And finally, try to auto-RAR a z-air onto the ledge. If you can get this, then you can edgehog anyone.
