Yeah, the place is a bit small, but it not absolutely horrible. It is reasonable. I am also going to spend extra time to get the most efficient arrangement of TVs and chairs as possible to help alleviate the space issue. Heat was an issue last time due to the a/c not working correctly and having not even a single fan in the room with smash. This time the a/c should be working fine and with a fan or two to circulate the air, it should be far more pleasant.
