Me neither, especially if Sakurai in fact is deliberately keeping the previously hidden ones hidden. I don't think we're going to get a future presentation that focuses on items to the extent the Direct did in general tbh.
I think two blue haired sword wielding lords is already more than enough (and so do others) but it seems that Sakurai (and Ike/Chrom fans) couldn't give a monkey's arse what we think.
Mind you, Shulk and Isaac are more different from each other than Marth/Ike/Chrom would be.
I'd settle for a red or blonde haired swordsman...
This is proven by the possibility of getting Marth/Ike/Chrom as our FE characters
Based on the fact that Sakurai wants to include as many ATs as possible, we'll probably get a massacre, but maybe at post-release.
So tomorrow is the day, the day we wait for all year. There will be some confirmations, perhaps some deconfirmations, and I can only assume quite a bit of info.
While it's not overly likely we learn about Isaac's fate tomorrow, the chance is there, however small, that we get to see our golden boy step off the sidelines and join the fight as a playable character! After years (and I mean years) of extended support and hope, of erratic popularity levels and competition that has come and gone, characters that have gotten included already and those whose popularity has fallen by the wayside and have been all but forgotten.
But not Isaac. After 11 years since his last playable role, after 13 years since his last role as sole protagonist, his popularity endures... maybe not in the same pristine state it once was, but notable nonetheless, which is quite an achievement in and of itself, and however this ends up, we should be proud we managed to keep from forgetting such a capable character from such a great series, when even the likes of Nintendo doesn't give them proper due.
Thank you to all you Isaac supporters, and here's hoping we catch a break tomorrow. ^_^
Agreed. If he is in as a playable character, I expect him to be unlockable and kept secret.
Pretty much. Particularly in this All-Star Mode that Sakurai was talking about.
This is totally just a guess, but I personally don't think much of the focus will be on items this time, not nearly as much as the Direct, so I wouldn't be surprised if we didn't even learn any more ATs at E3 (including nothing about Isaac).
That's my guess as well, but don't forget that AT's will likely appear in the demo. Isaac was an unlockable AT last time, but that doesn't mean much. I mean, if almost all AT's appear except for Isaac and a couple others, that's something to note.
That's true (well I assume it's true). I guess what's important to observe is whether the demo will have the full selection of ATs or not (not that we'd know) - I personally think it will omit some, but I remember the Brawl demo was the first place the AW AT was revealed last time around, and it was unlockable, so we'll just have to see what happens. Eep.
I doubt there will be any "surprise" Assist Trophies in the demo. Isaac was a quite powerful assist trophy too.
I am so hoping he gets in. Especially if we also get a Golden Sun 4 trailer along!

I agree. They went all-out with the items/ATs at the Smash Bros. Direct, but this is a different event. An event that does not circle specifically around Super Smash Bros.

I planned to save this until Isaac's (possible) reveal, but...what the hell--now may never come again.
Call me when he has a scarf.
Especially if there really is to be DLC.
