Ugh, still can't get on eShop XD.

I could be wrong but even if it's a godsend music (just like every other Golden Sun song, don't get me wrong), it's not the more fitting one for a fighting game like Smash Bros, no?



The "Mario"s in the code are just placeholders, it doesn't mean we're going to have Mario characters. And frankly, I would be 100% mad to see even more of them. Rosalina + Bowser Jr was already too much, considering the blatant lack of diversity in the roster.

I think we can agree that there are about 100 more appropriate songs for a GS stage than The First Book (we gotta includee DD too, boys).

You mean what Sakurai and his team is working on?

Right now the only thing we know they're working on are the two N64 stages, Hyrule Castle and Peach's Castle.

Personally I would have preferred Peach's Castle from Melee. :/

They are in the Miiverse stage music list though. You're talking about the Blue one and the Monkey Watch one? They're there. I was just adjusting their likelihood of appearing a minute ago.

Doesn't the Smash ballot seem like a very Smash community centered thing though? King K Rool or Isaac being announced at E3 seems a bit unlikely. I would love that personally and I would be mega hyped.....but my idea of hype probably doesn't fall in line with your typical E3 viewer.

I'm not at all convinced they would make a mention of it at E3.

I haven't had much success either. It's been getting better though. About every 30 minutes I get a screen closer to buying them.

I was just thinking wouldn't it be snazzy if they did a release similar to this sometime in the future but with King K Rool, Isaac (+ Venus Lighthouse) and Wolf. I imagine a lot of Smash fans would be really happy on that day.

Well a lack of space didn't stop them creating a new page on the Wii U version for stages. I wouldn't worry too much.

Or they could shrink the icons a bit, although that might be harder to do on a smaller screen. I think a new page is more likely.

I haven't bought Ryu, but just realized that there isn't enough space for stages, so yeah, it must be nothing.

Come on, let's be a little bit more optimistic here!
If you notice, the fact we have Classic mode videos for these two characters already done probably means we will get them pretty soon.
This increases the chances of more characters being already in the works than we expected initially.
After this, I wouldn't be surprised if we got at least three more characters before the Ballot Fighters are worked on!? o.0'
(Including Wolf, of course...)

I was just placing the Pessimist outlook on the Isaac situation for those who did not have much optimism. We will eventually get Isaac, hopefully he will get here at E3.

Back to Isaac, he would be an awesome adition to the roster and a great way to promote GS4 or a remake that includes both GS1 and GS2 (although I would prefer GS4 first, then remakes).

There's no reason to produce a remake of GS 1 & 2, the games being on VC (I still hope you'll eventually have The Lost Age in NA ) and the end of Dark Dawn being a cliffhanger.

That might have been it. I just managed to get the new characters and the Miiverse messages are popping up all the time now.

The quality isn't particularly good. Not all of it is Smash related either. I got told Kill La Kill was the best anime.

If we want to avoid being "that annoying fanbase", there's one thing to do: Let's wait a little bit to see if another fanbase strikes first.

Not yet. I'm away from my Wii U right now. I'm still on the fence about spending the money to get Roy, but I know for a fact I'm not touching Ryu. Not before Isaac is released at any rate. Provided he even is released.

Roy is awesome, glad he's changed a bit. Lucas is like he was in Brawl and I like that, Ryu is stiff for me. I don't like his mechanics that much. ALSO HE SPEAKS ENGLISH WHY? and he only says Tatsumaki Senpukyaku when doing the SF input which is stupid. Need more money for Mother and need to save for Isaac and K Rool if they get made.
